Is this "memory" as in long-term memory or volatile memory/RAM? Or is there no distinction in Japanese? The English is disjointed*, but my interpretation is that the subject (iX ?) is prone to mental exhaustion, and in this instance the exhaustion has compelled them to "dump" long-term or volatile/working memory (or both)? Does that sound plausible? *idiosyncratic video game song translated to very dissimilar language is bound to read stilted - no fault of the translator!

I think it's a mix of both since it uses the Japanese for human memory and both the English for computer memory. Very interesting interpretation, though!

I tried to make it as simple as possible but the original is already a weird lyric to begin with. While it sounds good in terms of song, it's pain to translate as you can see.
