The 1619 project is wrong, in 1619 the colonies were under British rule. The colonies did not declare independence until 1776. Anything that occurred prior to gaining independence was under British decree.

Love this conversation! You are always bring it Allie! I just have comment about the conversation about his Joseph project. He says the Pharaoh went to the jails to get an uneducated shepherd boy; for the time Joseph was very educated. I may be wrong but that how I remember the story. Anyways, 🤪 that’s just me being a little to critical. Totally love that this type of program is out there and being successful.

There is no such thing as racism. People need to understand that there is only one race, the bible tells us in the book of Acts 17:26 that God made from one blood(Adam's) all nations of men( mankind) to dwell on all face of the earth. We come from various nations but human is the race of us all. There is sinful partiality when people mistreat others because of their outward appearance, nation of origin, wealth, lack of wealth, high status, non-status etc. So the christian church does address partiality, but, in it's proper context. That context is partiality and impartiality. We are not to favor the rich or poor. We are to judge with righteous judgement: Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgement- John 7:24.
