They get a lot of gripe about copying Mobo...I don't really see it. Mobo and mom jeans are my two favorite bands... And I think they are definitely different styles. Though I don't really listen to a lot other artists of this genre

@@100_mph definitely very different, but if people are still giving them shit for specifically "copying" Modern Baseball they are almost certainly talking about that one EP they did in college to mess around, in which almost everything is recycled MoBo lyrics and riffs. The boys know it's not cool, they're not proud of it and have tried to burry it since forever. But you might know about all that. That EP aside, the only similarity between the two bands is the fact that they have "casual" vocals and sound diy, but that's a third of the bands in the scene.
