In Dragon form maybe, but his human form has been shown to be stronger, Garp is ancient now and would have to be closer to his prime to win, Kaido hasn’t shown his hybrid form, and Big Mom is a Yonko, so of course she’s close in power. But no one is beating anyone’s ass easily, and we can’t disrespect someone who is just now reaching their prime in One Piece and knocked out Oden in one hit 20 years ago.
