Rx: -Stop Heparin -Give a direct Thrombin (IIa) inhibitors-ARGATROBAN -Do not Switch to LMWH -Do not give WARFARIN (until platelet count Normalizes) -Do not give Platelet (until severe life threatening bleeding)

I’ve just found this video. There appears to be a similar pathology associated with the AstraZeneca and J&J adenovirus based COVID vaccines, with PF4 antibodies being found.
