Loved all their albums. They gave the hype of going heavy, their guitarist said before along the lines of “you guys are getting it. You won’t believe the noises Phil is doing with his voice lol” and they delivered. I also got tears as well first watching this from joy

Bro.. Whitechapel has been my favorite since first experiencing them live in 2009 with Trivium. Mind was blown so hard I was worried I was gonna have an STD from it 😂 I really tried holding back on listening to this song until the album was released, but I caved and I’m so happy I did. Pure happiness from start to finish. This is seriously so exciting for the entire metal scene. Especially since they just released their 2025 headlining tour today. Whitechapel, the rightfully crowned kings of Deathcore, have returned in EPIC fashion. 🤘🏻 P.S. Your vocals are killer, dude! Love that you showed them. Makes me want to create a channel and show off what I got hahahaha

Been my favourite band since around 2008/9 stopped listening to deathcore and metal around 2015 and listened to their newer stuff about a year ago, incredible progression as a band but i think since new era i've not got that lust that i did for their old stuff this is really it for me, i'm so happy to hear them go back to this era and damn phil's highs have gotten so good and his range of lows really bring me back to his rendition of unanswered during mitch luker's memorial gig

Dude I genuinely believe if we lived in the same country, we would be the best of friends lol. I have been saying this for a few years now. Phil and CJ are the two best deathcore vocalist period. Will and Alex are great. I'm not taking anything away from them, but Phil and cj are on a whole other planet. But this song gave me goosebumps. I am 31 now, and whitechapel have been my favorite band since I was 15/16. This release made me so freaking happy. But I love the reaction video my dude. Keep it up!

To me, Alex is great but Will has demonstrated without even trying that he’s a generational talent. Dude stacks techniques in a way nobody else does. Now, I’ll say it upsets me that nobody gives Kyle Anderson his flowers.

This is the first time I've come across you and you got an instant sub. Love the vibe and the general appreciation for Whitechapel. FYI, Phil does a one take of this, and manages to go even lower, if that's possible... Would highly recommend. P.S you've got some sick vocals too. Nice one, keep smashing it

I wholeheartedly agree with you about Kin. To me, Kin is easily in my top 5 favourite albums of all time (a position shared with Dream Theater's Octavarium, for perspective). BUT THIS FUCKING SONG! It's as if Phil accepted the challenge that nobody even challenged him to, and went out of his way to show all the Alex Terribles and Will Ramoses and Ben Duerrs how it's done.

Kin and The Valley are still in my top 5 deathcore albums as a whole, BUT... THIS song. Whitechapel are the ONLY band at least in recent memory that has promised us "We're going back to our roots but it's gonna be FAR more brutal than ever before" AND ACTUALLY FELL THROUGH WITH IT... Just on principle alone, this is the best comeback of all time...

Glad to see you came around to Kin. I feel like I remember you not being a fan of it last I heard so hell yeah! This song absolutely murdered me on first listen. Absolutely awesome song, Whitechapel have already been my fav but now they took it up a notch, like the only few deathcore bands that I can say kind of sound this heavy are the underground extremely heavy and unusual bands like Nitheful and Larcenia Roe. I'd say that this song is heavier than Immortal Disfigurement's stuff.

Hey Dude! Any chance you’re going to the Veil of Maya show in southampton later this month? Feel like i’ve seen you at the venue before but never had the confidence to ask, if you aren’t it’d definitely be a good one to see imo especially with signs of the swarm and to the grave supporting.
