@@cartossin I’m just glad they have an official KZbin channel now, because while it’s good they had a website for their show with a schedule for their tours, KZbin is where a good chunk of their fans watch their sketches, and it sucks that they didn’t air their show on Comedy Central instead of IFC. i want to watch a "Just business" series with this concept as the writing prompt. Things we should get: - all CEOs are master assassins - finance departments are untouchable - golf courses are neutral ground - headhunting is taboo. But also literal. But also a source of comedic misunderstandings - every business term is also an assassin term for some reason and also a source of comedic misunderstandings - the products are hilariously mundane, like toothbrushes or tampons or paperclips

Fun fact: in Florance many of the buisness families spend huge amounts of money on making bigger and bigger buildings, cause if your home was higher than your neighbors you could throw shit at them while they had a hard time throwing shit at you. Nah - Shadowrun corporations in a nutshell. In Shadowrun companies (well, the big ones anyways) have extra-territoriality, meaning they're essentially their own country on whatever property they own and the government can't say shit about what they're doing. All of the major companies also have their own militaries. I'm not just talking about private militaries either, I mean they legitimately have their own official armies, with different branches. Then there's also the matter of one of the major companies being ruled by an powerful, immortal, extremely intelligent dragon.

@@MrRedberd If you created a cure for cancer, you could charge basically any amount for it and people would pay. Sure, it might not be an ongoing source of revenue from each person that gets it, but to suggest that curing cancer (which is quite a difficult proposition, it's basically a developed genetic condition moreso than something like a virus that you can kill and it'll just be gone) doesn't happen because it's unprofitable is ridiculous. If you created a cure for cancer as a whole, you would make astronomical amounts of money. Jeff Bezos would be shining your shoes.
