Thanks for sharing the video. Thank the owner for allowing the use of video of his property to be seen. Lastly thanks for sharing a video on a SMALL parcel. Not everyone can afford 100s of acres, even if they can afford it they maybe can’t afford the things necessary to maintain it. Top notch man

Thanks appreciate it. Land is expensive that’s a fact. But there’s a lot you can do with small ones as well.

Like the others, it's awesome to finally see a true small parcel plan. Gives me some ideas for the 5.5ac I live on.

Please keep the updates coming on this small land parcel. I can’t relate to so many of the habitat improvements I see on youtube because often times their idea of small parcel is 80 acres. I also have 5 acres that I own and I am applying canopy reduction, small food plots, water holes and mock scrapes. Can’t wait to see regen this first year after logging! Located in central Pa and hoping my 5 acres is all o need. Thanks

Cool! I have 10 acres, but I plan to build my retirement home at the front part of it. I want to use the rear 3 acres or so as a deer plot, leaving a big chunk of the front part empty as a "buffer."

Dave I was not there and saw the property, but I am surprised you would have access through the back side of the switch grass to get to the back tree stand instead of only from the very Perimeter of the property? Thanks you Levi Ps Small properties can be deadly if set up right and hunted-right!

It was the perimeter to get to the back side. There’s a patch of woods there he can walk through and deer won’t see him that’s in the switch

Got a question I messed up and put my box blind in an open spot and it's concreted in so I can't move it what trees or plants can I plant in front of it that would be fast growing enough that I could hide my blind
@Whitetailobsessionoutdoors Жыл бұрын
Only real semi fast thing to grow would be Miscanthus grass

Would a small kill plot near the stand by his house help any? Thanks for great information
@Whitetailobsessionoutdoors Жыл бұрын
Probably not to be honest. It’s really wet over there so nothing would grow.
