The song reminds me of Coldplay's Viva La Vida. The main chorus has similarities to both songs and the context of each. Where Viva La Vida was about a king's demise, this one is about a nation's demise.

@@outrageddeer2101 It all dates back to a GTA KZbinr named Astro Soup he used to make videos talking about the different players of GTA with a few of Whitey's music in his intro and he got in a bit of somewhat beef with another GTA KZbinr named Molecular mage that lasted for awhile but about a year ago Astro's channel disappeared without a word so alot of people got confused and wondering what happened and Molecular mage tried to put the blame on Whitey saying he striked Astro's channel until a few months later Sonny Evens (Another GTA KZbinr) made a video called Astro clears Whitey and which he played a short video where Astro Soup was saying "I didn't leave KZbin because of Whitey i left cause i am a mentally ill retard" and that's what the comment was about.
