@@roko811 I really hope we get to play a mission for Jax one day! Like "Jimmy was demonstrating the manoeuvrability of the new Drake heavy fighter and he went down over Celin. Now he's surrounded by pirates and I need you to go in and extract him!" And then you get rewarded with a special edition skin for the ship or something.

That would be really sick especially if they made that system open for players to make their own content. There would be alot of restrictions, but it would be cool to see in game culture progression that develop over time. I would listen to some space cowboy tunes while running some trade missions or space jazz doing bounty hunting. Or watch the Galactic Racing Invitationals with the bois on a ship where you installed a tv mount lol or even go to an in game "sports bar" and actually be with real life players watching an in game racing competition.

Its possible. If they were able to stream certain youtube videos in the game then that wouldn't hinder the game servers bandwidth. But if they went that direction they would have to stream the video through a third party like youtube. That is the only cost efficient way to do it. Not to say its not impossible. NBA2K streams their videos from you tube into their game client. But with software like VR that already allows you to integrate KZbin videos into a game makes it possible to do it in a 3d enviroment.

Ive always been a fan Of the idea that a game company could charge advertisers for space for in game ads for real life products as long as the ads were in the theme of the game. so say Coke buying ad space in SC would make an ad with a theme that fits into the verse. we get entertaining ad content, the game makes CIG more money, that they can use for more game content and gain a revanu stream separate from ship sales!

I love the ballista design, but im kinda feeling that for the size of the thing, it doesn't really have enough seating. It's gonna require something like a Hercules to carry it around to boot. Maybe the gun might be punchy enough for an assault...

FYI: "big guns" is the term used for capital ships, usually military. For example, check the video "Big Guns of the UEE".

What we need is in-game channels you can tune into on a ship or hab TV or monitor, with ad breaks provided by in-game companies. I'm kind of a lore junkie for this game, so I'm looking forward to the STOR-ALL ads! Also, we need in-game desktop computers that have MobiGlas functionality, as well as the channel thing or some minigames or something nice. I just can't wait for better NPCs as well, especially the tevarin.
