This performance proves anyone who denies that she is the best singer to ever grace a mic! 🎤 Okay and not just this performance she has truly always gave all of her to the music. There are a lot of talented singers out there no doubt you got a lot of greats who can belt and hit 5 octaves i do not care if you do not have the emotions to not only sing the song but to understand the song and place your life into the song then you are just simply reading song lyrics. Whitney had it all the voice, the emotion, and the soul to touch millions of lives. That is why she will forever be a global legend and a musical genius.

Angela Wagner Glennis is nowhere near to Whitney. Whitney has more talent in a strand of her hair than Glennis has in her entire body. Have you see. Glennis sing this song? Or A Quiet Place? Or One Song? No because Glennis can’t produce the soul and depth of those songs like Whitney showed. It’s ridiculous to think Glennis is in any way close to Whitney.

Angela Wagner I did and she’s not that impressive. I watched her on AGT and I agreed with everything they said about her, she needs to find her own voice. She tries so desperately to imitate Whitney and it comes off as her singing karaoke. She has no depth nor soul to her voice. She only tries to emulate Whitney’s looks and sound. Whitney was greater in both aspects. Glennis belting is forced and she looses pitch, Glennis has no head voice, and Glennis cannot sustain anywhere close to Whitney.

@@jobuck879 Thank you! I just don't get the hype behind her. She is cool, but not even close to being on Whitney's level to me. I don't hear it or feel it. I felt Whitney's voice immediately when I first heard her. No one can do what Whitney did when it comes to vocals.

I was privileged to have seen and heard her sing live in concert in 1988 and I am so thankful.. What a gift she was to us from God. I didn't get it at the time as to why she would change her album version at her concert, but she was showing us her true gift and range... to see her live is not easy to explain...BEAUTIFUL AND BLESSED just touches the surface. I thank God that I got to witness this beautiful gift in person, a true treat... Thank you for taking me back to that time!!! :-) God Bless You and Your Channel. Keep up the good work. :-)

“You better growl!” Lol. Early in her career Whitney could growl like a bear. My dad was (RIP Daddy) a musician and he would often listen to our music and the first time he hears Whitney he sat up and he listened...really listened...and his exact words were..”this little woman will make her impact on the world ”. When the Bodyguard came out and I Will Always Love You was ruling the charts he said..”I knew this woman was gonna make her mark on the world and nobody will ever touch her voice”. My dad was heavily into blues and he loved the music of the 70’s, for him no other music mattered...besides gospel...thank you Dad for sharing you knowledge and your love of music with me.

The lyrical phrasing and clarity of diction in this performance I'd simply ridiculous. I mean, is it possible for anyone but Whitney Houston to sing this well. This is the magic that her mentor, Clive Davis referred to and observed when he first witnessed her singing with her mom in the Early eighties. Baulbeer Persaud

Shes the best...always will be. ..LYou need to lissten to ''shirley Bassey...shes just a voice as well..I wish you you show some of her songs. I am sure that a lot of people do. not realize how good she was and sang from 1953----2016 until dshe turned eighty yrs. old then. She still sings at charities tho...SHE HAS BEEB . Over in Europe, she is their Whitney. Check it Out!!

First comment. Hey, do you sing by yourself or do duets or anything because I would love to sing with you. I feel like our voices would sound nice together.
