I don't think Whitney was high during this interview. Whitney is normally hyper and goofy with people she's comfortable with. This is the side of Whitney that alot of people talks about that we the fans don't see. And I think that because it was publicly known of her drug use, people would like to sit and analyze her every move and reaction and wanna say "oh she was high". If you can't sit back and just enjoy Whitney in her true element, then don't come to youtube and watch any of her interviews or performances. Just like she stopped everything she had going at the top of a new career to sing back up for Bebe&Cece on their 1st tour. Her best friends.
