Only respect for this great singer. She has always given everything and even more for her fans. When I look at Whitney I think of all that she has been through: 3 miscarriages, depression, too much stress, vocal cord surgery, drug addiction, the betrayals of her husband and heart disease. I think how she has overcome her problems. Wow. A beautiful pure soul. Her voice was still damaged, in 2010 she wasn’t ready for a 50-stage tour... It was crazy. She needed to rest her voice. She knew it well, but her staff had already decided for her. Only love for Whitney No one like you, baby. I Love you, Nippy. You're the best ever. The Voice... ❤❤

I love every moment of this concert. People (including myself) had a genuine love for Whitney Houston. So it did not matter to her REAL FANS if she could not sing like she did 20 years ago...just being able to experience her LIVE again was a win in itself. She went out there on that stage and gave it her all. She didn't lip sync any songs or cheat. She stuck it out and soldiered on. I love her for that. Only a real fan can appreciate this concert. She was simply the best. She wore her heart on her sleeve and no matter what the press and media threw her way, she still stood up there with her head held high and sang her little heart out. She was also very kind to her fans and she was very comical. I love this show and will forever love WHITNEY HOUSTON!

Of course it 'mattered' to her fans that she could not sing like she used to...of course it mattered.....I've been a huge fan since her first album...of course it 'matters'....but FACT is...she shat on what God gave her...despite 'thanking' God at every awards ceremony she received an award at.....its sad....but it does'matter' to me.....fool...

Smh majority or her real fan didn't care because they saw that her voice started to slowly go in 1994. By 1996 her voice really changed and 1998 she didn't sound anything like she did in the 80's and early 90's but I still enjoyed her music. Her last album was amazing.

Whitney Fan That's complete bullshit ! And yeah her album were good because they clean her voice up in the studio to sound like her younger self. Maybe if they hadn't done that, and people got what she really sounded like it just wouldn't have mattered as much. She took to this tour, and they charged top dollar for someone who struggled to sing. She turned into her own clown... in the media. It is a delusional fan that blame the media, or Bobby. or her record company, for what took place. It was her own doing.

Bob Jacubas I tend to agree with you Bob Jacubas.....she struggled and just couldn't pull most of it off...I wonder if it's the same person we are listening to when people on KZbin keep on saying how 'incredible' she was on this tour...!!!!

I agree with you on one thing and that whitney has no one to blame but herself for what she did to her vocals. I personally think she sounded good on some of her concerts that the media never reported on. Her vocal coach said she had no voice in 2005 and it started coming back extremely fast that said he never saw anyone improve there vocals so quickly. I think she stayed with Gary Catona a little bit longer and stopped smoking her voice probably would have completely come back. Well she probably would have sounded like she did in 96 or something because I highly doubt it would have been restored to the 80's and early 90's whitney.

It annoys me so much when people say Whitney lost her talent. This woman was the greatest singer there will ever be! After all of the abuse her voice went through, it's amazing she still had a voice there. And even still, better than the majority of the artists in the charts today.. Such a beautiful, sweet & talented woman. ❤ ️

Whitney gave it her all. She could've lip sync instead she stood on stage with her struggles and bared it all.If you loved or dislike her you have to agree she did what most wouldn't especially knowing people would judge her. It's easy to be judgemental when it is not you. I just wish her and Bobbi Kris was here today on that island selling fruit drinks.

Is no one going to talk about how good this concert actually is? She gave me chills throughout this whole tour. She didn’t deserve all the backlash she got from this tour. For her to have a damaged voice while dealing with Emphysema, this tour is just insanely amazing. And she gave INSANE vocals. Literally better than ALLL of the singers in the mainstream media. So why were the people giving her all that slack?!!! NO MAINSTREAM SINGER in the last couple of decades will have the developed voice, technique, musicality, and melismas that whitney had in her final years!

This was easily her strongest show of the tour. She rolled back the years until at least 2007 in this one. Her voice was clear and her range was very good. It gets understated how easy it would have been for her to phone it in on this tour and just lip sync like every other talentless singer of today. But she was WHITNEY FREAKIN’ HOUSTON and was real all the way to the end! Nothing but respect for this lady! All of these “singers” are out here lip syncing these days and NOTHING is wrong with their voices, other than the fact they can’t sing! No one can hold a candle to this woman other than Luther Vandross. Period.

Singing by not been her dream for all we know. I have seen many interviews and say hate being famous "Whitney Houston" I think the pressure life and being famous kill her. Whitney was absolutely born to be a super diva. She lost her prime voice but she still improvised to do the whole concert with a various ways of changing the melody, still very souful and catchy, which I think very little artists can do that if they lose their voice. Her advantage is that her tone is so beautiful, classy, souful and deep even in its weak form. And she has golden ears to be able to create so many ways of singing a song beautifully ❤

Nothin wrong with wanting others to "be there for you"....and nothin wrong with people "being there" for others, however, ultimately people have to be there for themselves..... & help themselves first, before anybody else can. It's almost like tough love....instead of enabling, which can easily happen when people think they are helping someone. Whitney was used to having things her way, from childhood age.....as the boss of her Nippy. Inc team, she had a lot of "yesss" people around her....all the time, and people that made things so available.....regularly! Whitney needed to be there for herself, and help herself, long before she got to a place of vocal damage & health issues. By the time she tried, around this time preparing for this last tour & remaking the movie Sparkle, the damage was done. I hate that! She gave so much of herself.....her life! I miss Whitney Houston! 😔💔

Personally, I don’t believe she had lost her talent here - knowing she regained a great deal of her voice back in 2011 and the final year. Whitney wasn't even 30 by the time she was considered the voice of a generation. What a huge weight she would've carried thinking she had to sing at the age of 48 but sound 20.

Her voice wasn’t fully gone but most of it was lost do to the heavy drug use, and smoking cigarettes plus after she had gotten clean from the drugs she’d developed a lot of health problems that affected her voice heavily. A tour at that point in her life wasn’t needed honestly she needed to heal physically and mentally also her body needed rest they freaking pushed this woman to her limits on every level she was no we’re near ready to hit the stage but she completely gave it her all. Your love is my love was the best song here and also I learn from the best although you couldn’t fully understand a lot of what she was saying she still managed to hit some beautiful mid and low high notes it doesn’t matter if they were crisp and clean all that matters is she did it!!!! But it was extreme pressure on her voice she was so tired on stage she sing better in my opinion sitting down because she could breathe more freely and had better control! Before her death her voice had begun to come back at least 70-80 percent all high notes weren’t reachable but she had a good thing going until her untimely death unfortunately... R.I.P. W.H. & krissi

She at that time could have redone her old tunes new again with that style and deeper voice . Everyone was upset that she couldn't sing the way she did in her 20's and 30's / Duh !!!!!! . The pressure that was on her was to much and she cracked out . Who are we to Critisize this woman who gave us her heart and soul ? Haters need to STFUP !!!!!

Whitney should have been doing one, two shows per week, tops. With the difficulty of her songs as well as always singing live, her tour schedule was too heavy. Coupled with her smoking, just no way. She, Clive and everyone else involved had to know better. She was broke at this point(actually in debt 20 million to her record label) so I guess she felt she had to do it. However, she is still the Queen and has some strong moments here.

Was it actually ever confirmed that she was broke? She was still living the Whitney Houston lifestyle from what I could see from 2007-2012. I do agree she should have only been doing 1-2 shows a night compared to the 4-5 shows she was doing. Such a shame she is gone.

Tina Olsen yes. it's been reported she borrowed 20 million from them towards her future record and tour sales. I heard shortly after she died she was with twenty million, so a forty million dollar swing. Yes, it is very sad we lost her. The greatest in her prime

Poor thing looks exhausted.I think they pushed her too hard too fast. They made her work even when she was not feeling good. Her family and handlers used her up and treated her like a meal ticket. That was not right. they worked her to death! JMO
