Wow Sam....a lot of things I think of now...this will always be Whitney's song...but you said it....I am also wondering why a man haven't sang this song before? On the one hand, it makes so much sense for a man to sing this song....given the fact that you know the movie, and you just reverse the roles... For real though lol you can tell an auto tuned cover from a cover that's not auto tuned. This is 100 percent auto tune free!

Lol it's autotuned. It doesn't always have to be blatant but its 100% in this song. The better you sing the less it will be apparent, and you can also adjust how much of it. I use autotune in almost every track and no one will notice unless they are experienced a little with music production or I tell them. The easiest way I can explain it is that it sounds "metallic" like there's a glimmer on some notes.
