Sad that it ended like this. She really was a beautiful woman, with a kind, wild smile. Compared to todays femane singers, she is way beyond them. The qualuty of her voice, her sophisticated looks and the energy that she sends in each and every song will always be missed, but with a smile her records will always be listened to.
@CurePine14 жыл бұрын
That's actually funny because even though her voice isn't the same, it's still better than 99% of the big artists right now. She's not doing her best performances, but she's def getting better than that disaster that was GMA

her hair looks so good in this

It's a wig. But anyway. She was a beauty. Inside, out. Always grateful to her Lord. She struggled with her insecurities and had to fight with the demons. God bless her! Finally she is at peace.

@@saharadesert7339 It was still her hair so what's your point?
@mariahyohannes3 жыл бұрын
@@saharadesert7339 When artist tour and do photoshoot and interviews they cannot continue to die, cut and color their hair because it will cause extreme damage to the hair that is why a MAJORITY of female artists wear weaves, wigs & extensions. Even if Whitney wasn't famous why is a woman wearing extensions make her insecure?

I feel so bad for her daughter, shes so young and already lost her mother...Whatever people say, she was a fabulous woman and singer who deserves our admiration...and what she has become because of drugs alcohol personal problems and a bad ex-husband is actually none of our business!It was her life and we should keep in mind all the wonderfu musical moments she shared with us and with the love she gave trough her music. R.I.P Whitney...always in our hearts!

It is so sad to watch that now in retrospective. She was so convincing and looked really well (given the circumstances). I adored this woman and her legacy still lives on. While some say she was a bad role model, may I say apart from her "inner demons" (= drugs) she was one heck of a fantastic woman and oozed nothing but grace and love. I miss her so much. RIP you trouble soul.

I totally agree with you :) I am not against dubbing per se. Not at all. But it is only as good as the budget allows. Movies are well done most of the time. Dubbed Documentaries and Intervies on the other hand too often fall short of the original. Sometimes the content gets totally twisted around. And since I am German it bothers me. You're right about the the cost question. However don't forget the educational aspect.

I think that with proper vocal rehabilitation and the right vocal coach she's going to be fine, but it will take time. Some of the greatest popular vocalists of our time have gone through traumas that stopped them from singing entirely until they relearned the anatomy of their instrument and how to use it without harming it; Dame Shirley Bassey and Celine Dion come to mind, and these are two healthy women. That Whitney is even alive, let alone able to sing a single note is no small feat.

she is soooo annoyed about that stupid grammar question that really she is totally rejecting the host from then on... she´s not looking at him and really answering the questions to the tv cameras and the crowd not the guy. Come across a little strange though. Loved the performance though :-)
@chislehurstbat14 жыл бұрын
@Bluetenstaub I still can't see anything wrong with dubbing films and translating English into German since this was German TV. The reasons that films are not dubbed into Nordic languages is down to cost. The market is simply to small. At least Germans learn proper English grammar in school, something very much amiss in the UK.
@Bluetenstaub14 жыл бұрын
I HATE how Germans need to translate EVERYTHING! At least they could use subtitles. And yeah the questions were some how stupid.

Don't be "SO SURE", because you'd be wrong. Have you ever been around someone who is high before? Well, unfortunately I have. She had JUST finished performing and was a little out of breath. Definitely NOT high here. Now you can see her on Good morning America 2002 and there she is high as a kite.

However Germans tend to translate everything. And worse they do it incorrectly a lot of times. Interviews/Movies/etc are rarely shown in their original language. That's why Germans speak poorly english. Go to northern european countries. You'll see most ppl there speak proper engl not least because they do not sync everything. It's an easy way to educate your people :] But I admit in some other countries the sync is so bad it messes up the the whole movie. Poland e.g. Gosh that was horrific!!
