I interviewed Whitney several times over the years...She was reflective...honest..seemed a bit tired this day....She admitted she was over her head in The Bodyguard....Looking back...you watch this interview a whole different way with her passing...amazing talent...took some wrong turns...She was one of the best ever live..I saw her at Radio City in a rehearsal and at half speed she soared like an eagle. like an angel. a great loss. at her prime none better!

Donikqua Collier she wore dentures after a while. The sister in law, Tina Brown spoke of how she'd take them out - scare the shot out of her friends. And that she lost them a few tea and her dentist had to courier them to Europe someplace.

She ruined what Bobby Brown could have been in his career only because when he was a bachelor, all the females wanted him, but changed their Feelings as their journey continued. Bobby can sing and dance. He can act, '2 Can Play That Game'. He is a cordial, approachable person. She was a singer. She had a true love but back then, being a lesbian would've ruined her career. Hard choices in life. I wish she would've lived by those words in that song, 'The Greatest Love': "learning to love yourself is The Greatest Love of all"

Her speaking voice is just as lovely as her singing voice. I always get a bit sad when watching her interviews at times. You can hear her voice depreciating over time due to the drug usage. That subtle tone of raspiness is what gives it away. :( I can’t imagine what she was going through to sacrifice such an amazing gift.

She looked great, but I could sense that something was wrong here. She seemed tired and already feed up with the lifestyle of being rich and famous. Even in the mid 1990´s she said once in an interview that she felt like she had done it all. For her own sake I think that she should have taken a long break. Get her life in order and regain her happiness. She said in her Oprah interview in 2009 that doing the filming of "The Preachers Wife", she took cocaine on a daily basis. If she took a break after filming "The Preachers Wife" and got into rehab after that, maybe she could get herself back together before her drug problems were making headlines.

im a huge nippy fan, but i must say i felt like this interview she seemed different, i mean when you compare 1994 and 1995 interviews it seemed to show on her face that she was tired... she had been going thru something and that something was bobby brown. (i know cause i read cissy and robyns book) and he was giving her hell during these times and she was trying to make her marriage work

I'm not seeing her jaw "swing." If she did it, she only did it maybe once and that doesn't mean she's high. I'm also not seeing "consistent licking" of lips.d Are we watching the same video? Also, since when does blowing your nose mean you're high? If you're talking about the beginning of the video with the tissue, she wiped her nose and her chin. Probably from sweat. And there's a big difference between a stutter, which this isn't, and just trying to find the right words, particularly in a live interview. Everyone does it. She's coherent and intelligible. I've seen and talked to people whacked out, and this is not it. I don't mean to be offensive, but it seems you're just looking for a reason to call her high. Everyone has heard so much about her being on drugs that they assume every interview she gives she must be "on something."
