Who are the actual Locals of Punjab? | Dark Brown vs Wheatish Punjabis | Harrapan Civilization

Why do some people have a Fair skin tone and others with a darker skin tone in Punjab? Who are the actual locals of Punjab?
So-called upper biradaris like Jutts, Rajput, Arrains, Gujjars, Dogars have wheatish skin tones and are said to be descendants of arayan. While other casts like Churra, Masali (Muslim Sheikh), Mirasi (Qureshi) and Mochi, Dhobi have a dark skin tone like Africans and south Indians. These people are believed to be locals and descendants of the Harrapa Civilization in 5000 BC.

Both of them talked about how North Indians and South Indians came to the Indian subcontinent and threw light on the Aryan Invasion Theory.While one side said Aryan Invasion Theory has been debunked and all the Indians came to India at once, the other side claimed the theory has been upheld and South Indians and North Indians have originated differently.
