Today was one of those days- I had missed my morning cycle ride, was having a really shitty day... There was no electricity for the entire afternoon... Then during the evening, i forced myself onto my cycle thinking that some kilometres are still better than none... The thing is I love cycling... So before I knew it, 5km became 10 and 10km became 50...I just completed my ride and am sitting down for my dinner happy as fuck... I have completely forgotten that I was having a shitty day in the first place...

I really appreciate that whenever I feel down and unmotivated and everyone tells me I should rest, there is this one motherf.. who tells me not what I want to hear, but what I need to hear. Man.. Goggins is a real one. There are no words that could describe how much respect I have for him.

0:41 probably referring to the fact that he himself was bullied at school, david goggins has my fucking respect, if you learn more about david goggins you will find that he DEFINITELY did NOT have an easy life both mentally and of course physically (as many people already know by what he does and what he has done) What was David Goggins' childhood like? He, his mother and brother lived in fear due to the extreme physical and emotional abuse they suffered from his alcoholic father. He regularly became violent when drinking alcohol. One day, David finally stood up to his father after witnessing him nearly beat his mother unconscious. David: David Goggins was the kid who was bullied, had an abusive father, didn't go to school, whose soon-to-be stepfather was murdered. and now he has been the toughest living man in the world for several years!!! HUGE RESPECT TO THIS MAN EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This, love this. Who are you when you're lazy and don't want to do your chores? Do you do them anyways or play more pointless COD? Who are you when you don't feel like working out, do you do so anyway to stay healthy or choose to be lazy? Who are you when your portfolio is red, do you sell and panic or continue to buy for your future like the rich? Who are you when you fail God and sin, do you ask forgiveness and move on or quit and refuse to forgive yourself? Who are you when you get into an argument and you know you're wrong? Do you kill your ego to better your relationship or fuel the drama? This applies to anything in life. We must move forward and always strive to better ourselves in every aspect. Discipline is a cheat code.

i get bullied in home in school, not good in class. Then i go to kickboxing and do it for six years. I get injured then i had severe depression. There are lots of man right there like me, i am feeling. Goggings changed my perception to life and i feel like he is my father where my father is not in my side since my birth.
