I just realised why I like this man so much is not just what he says but the manner in which he shares his thoughts and insights. He is so gentle, and the moments he spends gathering his words…well, you can witness the transcribing of truths given him by a higher energy. I trust his words…they are not preachy, demanding, scolding, or impatient…it is as if we are witnessing a Christ like figure on earth. Wouldn't the self be aware of the thougt and be in control over how to answer that question? Sorry, maybe I'm just not intelligent enough to comprehend this. I thank you so much and enjoy your talks, they give me peace of mind. During the bush fires here on the south east of Australia for six weeks there was little but terror and anxiety in my mind and body. Six weeks later when the fear was gone, thoughts began to once again trickle back in, negative thoughts about the people who have caused me problems over the years. I stood still and said out loud 'now you feel you have room for this again!' I realised then it had all stopped during the weeks previous because my mind was living in the moment, so it was possible to clear the mind. Eckhardt, you have helped show me the way, thankyou. Wow, I liked the explanation about the Universe wanting outer and return movement. Both are okay. The person become transparent, the light of consciousness comes through. The density of mental-emotional structure becomes transparent. The mind movement is interspersed with spaces, for the light of consciousness to get through. Is consciousness asleep? The consciousness is dreaming of form when it is identified with mental-emotional structure. The earth is full of forms. The universe loves forms. But it also loves the return to the Source to know itself, the outer movement and return movement. It's not either one or the other. We can embody within both movements. So we create, but not blindly and egoicaly. The awakened consciousness can create forms, not out of need, but out of joy like an artist. Conscious creation is beautiful. Thanks Eckhart.🎅👍💖🐘🍻🍨🏆🎯

I've experienced couple of days ago this separation and then the Space came. This endless space with no thoughts at all, just be present now, fulfillment. It was like washing me out from inside and removing all forms I know and get used to them. This is all just labels of the word "wow". It started after Tibetan singing bowls therapy. At the beginning there was fear, then irritation, I even blamed the singing bowls. I felt like my identity was dying and fear was: "Who am I, now? I'm no one, nothing, I possess nothing, nothing left..", then thoughts disappeared. Then "I" disappeared and the Space came. I've started to see Ego illusions/forms also in others but at the same time I see that Space in each and every person. We're all the same Space. It was not the first time I had this experience, but it was the first time I realized it and it seems as complete disintegration. Now, I can notice when individuality tries to generate the same forms (Ego's) and it is easy to separate the Space(me) from it. The Space wants to create beautiful forms of live, so, I'm trying to practice this outer movement and return movement and also just be. Joyful process. I'm awakened form of the Source now. I am always appreciative of this guidance and advice. I feel like i am going through this process currently, very little of it is my own conscious doing. Things have happened that forced my perceptions of the world and myself to change multiple times in the past 3 years, I feel like i am losing my mind in both senses, in a positive way the mind is quietening, but it has also had negative effect of not being able to function well in my usual routine. I feel a great change is needed within me, but i also feel like i don't have the energy to propel this in a positive direction, and even if i need to do that, or just allow this process to happen while i try to keep functioning.

Worldviews may/will change after the "shift", so it's not strange to not be able to keep your old routines and habits, cause, it's very possible that now you see them as faulty or not nearly as important as you used to. If you're feeling like you will have mental breakdown bear in mind that it might actually be a mental breakthrough. It's a struggle, i know. Just be calm, breathe, its all alright.

@Fred Mertz Thank you. It is funny you mention sleep and just letting it happen. I had that exact thought a couple of weeks ago. I often have difficulty getting to sleep too, there's a certain elusive nature about that letting go, that i find hard to tap into most of the time. It felt lile it was a skill that i needed to develop, but i think it's much deeper than that, perhaps that peace and conntentedness with what is.
