Dracula is a boss in Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Originally from Castlevania). You can't use Final Smashes on any bosses during the adventure mode or classic mode but with a bit of modding, it's quite possible to do! Did you not just miss with Link? It looks like the arrow went overhead and it would be odd if Dark Pit's final smash worked but not Link's. Also, I feel like Bowser Jr.'s attempt should hold out until the graffiti explodes. That's the strongest part of the attack.

yeah they just work different. Pittoo's also goes through walls and destroys explosive boxes while Link's doesn't. For some reason.

Wait... how did Dracula get killed by Peach and Daisy's final smashes (1:34)? If Nintendo did another Smash Bros, and are able to get everyone, and then some, I do hope that Dracula returns. Maybe he could be a playable character. I mean, if Dracula can be a playable character in Castlevania Judgment, a fighting game on the Wii, why not have him be playable in Smash Bros?

He's a much better fit as a boss battle. It took him until Order of Ecclesia in 2007 for him to actually start walking around during battle. Otherwise he just teleports around and hurls various magical spells at you, or it's a unique case where he may, for example, attack you from a demonic throne like in SotN. Then there's also the issue of how you handle Dracula's second/demon form, who basically always has a completely different moveset than the humanoid Dracula. Smash got things correct already

@@grunkleg.29691 Well, if hypothetically, Dracula was somehow able to become a playable character in Smash Bros, his Final Smash could be him transforming into his demon form and unleashing a powerful Demonic Megiddo at his opponents. Besides, if there's one think Smash Bros is known for is creating movesets for characters that weren't known to fight in hand-to-hand combat. I mean, Captain Falcon was originally just a guy who raced in a very fast vehicle, and yet in the original Smash Bros, Nintendo was able to give Captain Falcon his own moveset, including the iconic Falcon Punch, and even made those move canon to the actual F-Zero franchise.
