Paul Betts giving Leah 7 1/2 litres of water in 90 minutes is why she died. It was the advice to keep hydrated, which was good advice for a hot sweaty rave club, but Leah was at a house party. Police surveillance being stopped the day before the murders stinks, the police stated on day 2 that the media and public suggesting other lines of enquiry was worthless. that stinks..

Is it possible that Essex Police had an axe to grind with Steel as they believed he imported the ecstasy tablet taken by Leah Betts and so they fitted him up with the murders?

Yes read once upon a time in Essex, there's a statement from ex sas officer bill Handley...they tapped there phones and knew Tony was trying to get the rivals drop site from his bent copper, the meal was booked as a cover and my guess they were checking access/escape route from the fishing lakes used to drop drugs (why would you be armed if you had old bill with you ??)..they couldn't get steel/whomes on importing the betts gear so this fit up got rid of everyone. All Nichols did was tricked whomes into going to the wheatsheath pub for the cell site data to match

If witness A wasn’t telling the truth why on his release from prison was he shot in the face. He survived and moved away from Canning Town . The man he says they picked the guns up from and paid him the money for driving the car was killed by a hit and run driver. So he had every right to be scared someone was getting rid of witnesses. This story is believable more so than Nichols who’s story is built around evidence from eye witnesses that saw the Range Rover on the night. He’s timeline fits in around theirs and jack Whomes picking up the VW Passat that’s broken down. So how could Whomes have been driving the VW Passat ?. And how did I’ve picked your car up turn into pick us up. I don’t believe Whomes and Steel were involved but I think Nichols played some role and was involved more than is known.

Supergrass lier darren nichols was still working for steel 2 years after the murders from diy to steels home to drug shipments etc. Nichols only went supergrass and tolded police in 1998 when he got pulled up with lots of drugs in the van and he go down for very long time. So going lier supergrass gets him out of prison and new name life. He made lots of money from bloggs 19 book and reports he is still a drug dealer etc .

I seem to remember CSTCR mentioning that police were tipped of by criminals offering to take them out, I think that police didn't do it, but they certainly knew something was going down, hence no immediate action taken on the pizza incident with Tate and Rolfe not being questioned about being able to legally drive the Range Rover when talking to police earlier that fateful day.

If this is true, how did he shoot the three of them. I am not saying this incorrect but having made it across the field , he then has to go up to the Range Rover, carrying a shotgun bag, open it and shoot them. It’s possible he used the pistol to threaten them. There’s good detail in the account, it’s known a bag is missing from the Range Rover and was taken. But it’s hard to walk up to a car and shoot three people. Unless of course we dispense of the idea that they were taken by surprise. The prevailing narrative has always been that they were taken by surprise but there’s no evidence for this. Just as possible they were held up then executed.

Plenty evidence they were taken by surprise as both tucker and tate had their mobiles in their hands and rolfe looked like he was stationed at traffic lights. Where Whomes was hiding further back behind the gate facing rettendon hall, it's pitch black and only a small distance to the RR. Shooting 3 people in a RR isn't that difficult 2-3 seconds for the first 3 shots it's over.

16. The Court held that it had no supervisory power over the Attorney General's exercise of discretion in matters arising from criminal investigations, and that is was not possible to challenge the exercise of such discretion on grounds of rationality. The Court recognised that the Attorney General's position is unlike that of the States and its Committees and, in exercising his discretion, the Attorney General is answerable neither to the States nor to the Royal Court except when it was sitting as a court of trial. 17. Of greater relevance is the case of Rouille", in which the Royal Court considered whether the decision to prosecute was amenable to judicial review. The Court held that, although it had a duty to prevent abuses of process, it would be wrong for it to supervise the Attorney General in exercising his discretion whether to proceed in any case. The Court concurred'2with the comments of Lord Salmon in DPP v Humphrys13: 8 Planning and Environment Committee v Lesquende Limited [1998] JLR 1 9 In the matter of the representation of McMahon and Probets [1993] JLR 35 I°Page 51, lines 5-10 11 Attorney General v Rouille [1995] JLR 315 12Page 320 lines 27-40 13(1977) AC 1 at. 46 Legally Privileged Not for Publication 4 Privilege waived - 9 September 2015 "...a judge has not and should not appear to have any responsibility for the institution of prosecutions; nor has he any power to refuse to allow a prosecution to proceed merely because he considers that, as a matter of policy, it ought not to have been brought. It is only if the prosecution amounts to an abuse of process of the court and is oppressive and vexatious that the judge has the power to intervene." 18. The Bailiff was reluctant to place too much reliance on the English authorities: "in this jurisdiction, the responsibility for instituting criminal proceedings in this court rests not with an amorphous government department but with Her Majesty's Attorney General...It would be a serious matter to overturn the decision of the Bailiwick's senior Law Officer of the Crown on a matter which constitutionally lies within his province. That is not to say that it would never be done, nor that the court does not have a duty to examine the matter on an application properly made ...But the court must not forget that the discretion whether or not to institute criminal proceedings is vested in the Attorney General. In our judgment, only limited assistance can be drawn from the decisions in particular English cases "14 19. In Rouille, a representation was made by the accused that the prosecution should be stayed because of the lapse of time since the alleged offence took place, which resulted in certain evidence no longer being available. The Court held that it was for the defence to establish that a fair trial would be impossible in the circumstances". In finding that the accused had failed to satisfy this test, the Court found that the risk of prejudice could adequately be dealt with by appropriate directions at the trial. 20. The issue arose again in the case of Comer16 . In this case the accused applied for independent inquiry into the circumstances of prosecution (which was really an application for judicial review) and / or for an order that the prosecution be discontinued. In dismissing the application, the Bailiff held that the Royal Court had no jurisdiction to entertain applications for this relief: "The evidence against Mr Corner will be tested in due course at the trial of the charges upon which he has been committed for trial ...If there are valid complaints about the conduct of the Attorney General or of the prosecuting authorities in relation to the prosecution process, such complaints can be examined by the trial judge at the appropriate time." 14Page 321 lines 3-17 15Page 320 line 29 16 Cotner v Attorney General, unreported, 1999/139 privilege access redaction.

I don't think we will ever know who killed them, ppl wouldn't dare open their mouth about it even now even after 27+ yrs. Leah wasn't at a rave, Leah didn't even step into Raquels to purchase the tablet( whether she went clubbing there on previous occasions is another thing). She was at home at her party where she took the tablet. But the tablet was more than likely bought at the club at some point. I've always believed the MS and JW were innocent because what motive did they really have here..they didn't..It was a set up, they had to put somebody away for it so they believed DN version of events. Inspector dibley would be a good person to interview ( if he's still alive) he was the leading officer on this and his last apparently before his retirement, I think he knew exactly what was going down even before. Pat was under police survalence 24hrs before so why wasn't he arrested for the pizza incident even though charges were dropped against him he would of still been brought in for questioning. Things don't add up imo. It seems as if they weren't allowed to be touched/arrested or whatever before they were killed no matter what. I don't have sky so I hope I can watch this documentary on here if someone posts it. Great interview all the same

That three part series was hilarious with all those "underworld figures" in aldi hoodies in silhouette 😂 as an ex detective how come hes totally missed the embedded confession from the farmers mate in the 999 call ,the part that says "we done our duty" how come he missed the part of the call where farmers mate slips up and says he saw FOUR men in the range rover ,he says "four...three men" when asked how many by the dispatcher ,which tells me him and farmer were part of it,by allowing the lane to be used and their job was to also "discover " the bodies, thats why he sounds so calm, i believe they also had another job and that was to bury the gun on the land ,how come they didnt wonder how the range rover had levitated over the gate when they lock the gates every night, isnt it weird the lock had just been changed ,nope because they said about 15 people had the key but they had to change the lock for that night to prevent any witnesses going down there, they had to be involved to block off the lane because they had stated the lane was used as a lovers lane and q dog walkers lane ..the farmer had to be there to stop people coming down the lane, the tracks in front of the RR are probably the farmers land rover as they extend firther into the field ,is this detective forgetting that the farmer and his brother knew two of the dead men ! Their land was chosen due to the perfect proximity to the shooting range to cover the gunshot sounds, land owners are usually freemasons as are top police ...think about that. The farmers mate also contradicted the farmer re the feeding of the pheasants ,farmers nate said they did feed them ,farmer said they didnt as it was too late. I believe they let the RR onto the land ,it followed them ,they did a loop round the farmland then back out onto the main road later to "discover the bodies" the fact he said four men in the car is a major fruedian slip, thats letting us know he saw the RR when it arrived! I would say the farmer and his friend needed looking into further but we know why they werent ,in my opinion they are more interesting than nichols and jasper put together And also the similarity between this case and Jeremy bambers case ,both farm owners ex RAF ,both cases have people in prison who didnt do it ,both involve guns ,both have a white house farm,i wonder did drugs come in via osea island which was known as a party location? The bambers ran a caravan park in osea ,shiela bamber was known to go to london to take drugs and go to night clubs ,ive got my theory who did those murders but i will keep that off here ,just look at the similarities and the common denominator is essex police bodging the crime scene in both cases
