revised the roadmap for prioritizing the use of COVID-19 vaccines,
to reflect the impact of Omicron and high population-level immunity due to infection and vaccination.
The roadmap newly considers the cost-effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination for those at lower risk
- namely healthy children and adolescents -
Revised roadmap reemphasizes the importance of vaccinating those still at-risk of severe disease,
mostly older adults and those with underlying conditions,
Chair Dr Hanna Nohynek.
“Countries should consider their specific context in deciding whether to continue vaccinating low risk groups,
like healthy children and adolescents,
while not compromising the routine vaccines that are so crucial for the health and well-being of this age group.”
The high priority group
and frontline health workers.
SAGE recommends an additional booster of either 6 or 12 months after the last dose,
Medium priority group
healthy adults - usually under the age of 50-60 - without comorbidities
Although additional boosters are safe for this group, SAGE does not routinely recommend them,
The low priority group
healthy children and adolescents aged 6 months to 17 years.
Primary and booster doses are safe and effective in children and adolescents.
The public health impact of vaccinating healthy children and adolescents is comparatively much lower than the established benefits of traditional essential vaccines for children
Vaccinating pregnant persons - including with an additional dose if more than 6 months have passed since the last dose - protects both them and the fetus

Sad to hear. Hope he is OK. My brother seems to be having autoimmune issues, 48 yrs old. Inflammation coming up in blood tests, very sore after any physical activity, so much so he had to quit the gym and his usual workouts, cortisone injections needed, next visit to doctor specialist rheumatologist. He's never had to stop going to the gym before and he's always been an active person, worked as a labourer for years. I can tell it's affecting his mental health as gym was always his feel good place. He never had this before shots. I hope your son is doing better and eventually recovers. My brother had AZ shots. I stayed away from the shots as I had thyroid antibodies coming up in my blood during covid 2022 and did not feel safe messing with my immune system and was concerned about what effect it would have on hormones. I recovered fine from covid without it after all. Wishing your son a speedy recovery from this. I do not think any new technology that has not been researched without rushing through is safe to push on everyone nor is it OK for them to promise it's safe and effective for most. Too many people already hurt without answers.

I'm from Australia and I can tell you that if our government signs on to the proposed deal/treaty where the WHO can dictate all medical interventions by law, there will be hell to bear. I can speak for everyone I know and that's a large group, that we will not submit to the dictates of this obviously corrupt and inept organisation. We believe there should be an exhaustive investigation into all funding of the WHO and all large individual and corporate donors to determine whether there is systemic financial corruption involved. I am absolutely terrified what they will unleash on us next. I look at it a different way. I don't think it was a 'trial'. It was a genuine take-over bid and it failed. There is ALWAYS enough people to resist things like this, where the truth always shines through. 5% of NHS staff - which is 80,000 frontline workers - refused the vaccine to the bitter end just before the mandatory deadline, and this was the game-changer in the UK. You cannot control everyone - absolutely impossible. And this is why their 'schemes' will never work.

I understand your anger, John. I was one of many that was fired from a college because I refused to get my experimental pokes, but what makes me angry isn't the fact that the University fired me, but the fact that they forced all the students to take the jabs as well in order to continue their studies and graduate. The school put the demographic that was at the greatest risk of heart problems into a position where they were heavily pressured under duress into taking something that can lead to health complications later in their adult lives and there is no recourse if they are permanently injured.

My wife and I held off on getting a forced vaccine for us and our 3 children the whole pandemic but some of our friends couldn’t. My best friend of 25 years (friends since 10) fought back as long as he could until his job depended on his status. He received the first shot and immediately started having heart issues such as palpitations, increased heart rate and a significant change in his resting blood pressure and heart rate. 1 month before his second dose was required Canada dropped the vaccine passport and mandate . For those who took it, the spike continues to be generated and side effects can continue indefinitely unless the immune system is able to get it all out. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Dr. Campbell, Thank you for your reporting on the “WHO covid vaccine revised roadmap”. I enjoyed how you said what needed to be said about that topic. The second topic you covered, oral polio vaccines, concerns me. It seems that many people are unaware that the oral polio vaccine has not been used here in the United States since 2000 because of the risk of vaccine-derived polio. Basically, the oral vaccine can cause paralytic polio like the wild virus can. The World Health Organization map shows outbreaks of wild and oral vaccine cases for the past year. There were 29 wild cases and 660 vaccine-derived cases. 22 times more people were paralyzed due to the oral vaccine that to wild polio. This, along with an MMWR report from Afghanistan showing incidence of polio decreased when vaccine campaign was interrupted and increased when resumed, suggests that the oral polio vaccine may not be beneficial in protecting people from paralytic polio. Hanna Nohynek was the head of Finlands Drug Safety and Health Institution THL. She was then hired by WHO. Before she was hired she was in numerous interviewes in TV and Newspapers in Finland. She said that there is no benefit of vaccinating anyone under 65 in finland anymore, she also said that the boosters vain in a few months, and we can't go on boosting forever. That led to the current situation in finland, that no one is taking the vaccine anymore. If you want it you have to pay for it. Measles vaccine probably has a worthwhile and positive risk/benefit but let's not overplay Measles severity. Measles mortality was reducing in all western nations before the vaccine was rolled out in the 1960's Annual mortality for the UK in the 1950's was below 1oo deaths per year and 99.99% of children would fully recover with natural lifetime immunity. The case for mass vaccination programs from low mortality disease has always been overstated and most diseases have been virtually eradicated through lifestyle and quality of life changes within society. Access to clean water, raising people out of poverty have saved a thousand times more lives from disease than vaccines ever could and in every case where vaccines are credited with eradicating disease that disease was already in rapid decline, especially in industrialised nations.

Thank you Dr John Campbell for explaining the medical papers to me, I am just a normal person. But from the start of the "epidemic" i mistrusted the gouvernement and his decisions. I do my shopping at the ALDI, this was februari 2020. I asked if there were any employees who got sick from covid. the answer was none. That was for me the evidence that covid was not as harmfull as the media suggested.

Regarding measles:- I was born in 1961. Myself and my contempories all came down with these childhood diseases including measles and a we all saw each other again. When it came time to vaccinate my baby son I refused the MMR vaccine because of the harm it was doing. My own nephew was damaged by the MMR vaccine. I asked my doctor then, who had many years of practice under his belt, how many children he knew who had been damaged by measles. He was quiet and then told me One child lost his hearing. Only one child whereas countless children have been damaged by the MMR vaccine. As a side note: a nurse told me TB is actually on the increase in the hospital she works at.

TB is generally on the rise in the western world because we are importing half the third world where they don't routinely use the BCG, whilst not giving it to our children any more. It's actually madness- but given the factoid about the apparent 'lack of a TB vaccine' these days, maybe it makes sense 🤑🤑🤑

When I was a child, measles was a rite of passage. You were the better - in the long run - for getting it. I think A A Milne refers to 'measles and sneezles' in his 'Now We are Six'. Curious that, since a vaccine has been developed, measles has been re-classified as a scourge to be wiped out . . .

I had measles at 12 months old (prior to vaccination) and it caused problems with my eyes, necessitating 2 operations at 18 months and 4 years old and I still suffer the consequences with a 'lazy' eye, meaning I rely heavily on my other eye to be able to function. I have also as a paediatric nurse, seen children damaged by meningitis as a complication of measles and also another child who ended up on haemodialysis and would probably eventually need a renal transplant as a consequence of measles. Measles is horrible and can be avoided by vaccination.

I caught TB as a 8 yr old from my Dad who was incarcerated into an isolation facility for 6 mths.I recovered without antibiotics in a few months having been symptomless. 4 yrs later I had the routine ,"Heaf" test and two weeks later when they examined us for any positive reactions the Dr got very excited when he saw my multiple suppurating blisters he said to the assembled nursing staff " Now this is a wonderful postive reaction that this child will have a lifetime natural immunity to TB" I felt really proud as the rest of the class went off for BCG vaccines...

"Heaf test", I remember it, though never heard the name before. here's what wikipedia has to say about him (though as we all know you can't always trust wikipedia for an unbiased biography) Frederick Roland George Heaf CMG FRCP (21 June 1894 - 4 February 1973), until 1916 Fritz Rudolf Georg Hief, was a British physician. He was born in Desborough, Northamptonshire, England, of German ancestry. He attended Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, and St Thomas' Hospital as a medical student, where his studies were interrupted by the First World War. in 1915 he volunteered for the Friends' Ambulance Unit, where he served briefly, but was then allowed to complete his medical studies, qualifying in 1918.
