Thanks for another one, Dr. MoBeen! Ivermectin is the only thing that helped me with long covid symptoms that I suffered from for over a year. I feel that most people likely have some form of long covid, due to exposures to multiple variants and/or vaccine, & how long spike protein has been shown to last in human tissue. Many of my symptoms were auto immune issues, swelling, cardiovascular, lymphodemia, brain fog, chronic fatigue, etc. Very sad & scary to think of long term effects of this disease.

I still take Ivermectin! Once a week, low dose. I had Covid three times and am not sure if any of my symptoms are from long Covid.. But, obviously it was a viscous disease! Also the near infrared light information is great! I have been using on NIR bulb daily for many years and had no idea the benefits until seeing this video! You can get an infrared light at Home Depot or Lowe’s for $10 and change! Put in a workman’s lamp that carries 250 watts.

DrBeen and the FLCCC and their protocols have given me the steady framework to bring my daughter up out of the deepest pit of long covid. There is what seems to be an overwhelming amount of information out there. Dr Been has consistently pointed me in the right direction, kept me on track, and helped me regain peace when I start to panic (being a mom, a caregiver to high school senior with serious long covid is a very stressful). Steady, careful logic applied consistently is turning this titanic around. Mitochondria are the foundation. Protect them from hypoxia and inflammatory attack, nourish them, clean them up, and, after they have begun to work in a more healthy manor, then gently challenge them to feed and build more muscle.

@Drbeen Medical Lectures for that cough. Dandelion tea of course, but also, now that spring is here, pick a couple of dandelion leaves each day and xhew them well, then take a sip of water, mix the two in your mouth by swishing, gargle, then swallow. Dont kill the plant. Just harvest a couple of leaves fromdifferent plants each day and leave the flowers for the bees. 😉

I'm not a doctor but the more you know the better off you are in life. Wishing I could fast for more than a few hours. I went on an orange juice fast. Where ever I felt hungry or thirsty, I'd drink orange juice. I didn't sleep for days and I cleaned up the whole apartment and painted. It was during the energy crisis in the 70's under the Garter administration. Painted the living room with a semigloss burnt orange. On the south wall I painted a flaming sun in King's Gold yellow. If you stared at the Sun on the wall. The flames would move.

You need to drink a lot of liquid. A lot of water. A fast that used to be possible but I’m not sure is acceptable in this situation was water with A little lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. But the maple syrup might feed the cells in this case. In any case the first day or two is the worst and then it’s easy. Seriously, by day three you will be feeling excellent. I’ve done it almost two weeks, maybe it was 11 days. The day before you fast eat fruits and veggies. And when you come out of your fast start gently, although sometimes it’s hard. But once you get past the first day or two you start to feel great.

@@joelunchbucket no. I didn't drink at the time or smoke cigarettes. I started smoking marijuana at 23 and helped with petitions to legalize it's use for medical reasons. I'm soon to be 76 and still use it at night or whenever feeling stressed. It actually gives me a better attitude after a few hit off a small bowl pipe. I have physical problems from working hard and it wears the body. I was 5'8" but just under 5'6" as my spine gets bent over within my body. I still don't drink alcohol.

@@LisaLightning I had problems drinking water. It feels hard on my stomach and for reasons I'm not sure of, makes water my last choice of a refreshing beverage. After being hurt on the job. I was drinking Cokes by the case. I also drank other flavors like orange, root beer, seven up were my favorites. Being in pain doesn't help to keep you active and I spent days in bed drinking soda after soda and tea. Doing the orange thing messed with my head for awhile and I ended up with sleeping issues and the use of marijuana helped me to sleep at night for years. It relaxes me these days but making me fall asleep with a few tokes doesn't happen anymore. Drinking sodas got me from 140lbs to 209lbs. In highschool I weighed in at 130lbs. Trying to drink water was difficult. If I took medicine with water, I couldn't keep the medication from ending up in the toilet or nearest trashcan depending on where I was at the time my stomach had enough. I ended up drinking whole milk. Whenever I take aspirin, I use whole milk and never had a problem with stomach issues. I can drink tea, lemonade and milk. I've tried alkaline water, machine filters, home water filters and now I'm trying distilled water. My stomach seems to tolerate distilled water which I've been experimenting with with my first gallon last week. It was one of the things I mentioned to my doctor about, that I need to drink more liquids to keep me under 160lbs. Was 145lbs on my last visit. Thanks for your concern and input to the conversation.

Sometimes we can assume it's something but turns out it's not. Take , for example you ""survive" a bout with a variant?? but it leaves you tired and with a lingering cough. Finally, you see a medical practioner because of UTI symptoms that also emerge. You're told that yes, you do have an infection, and receive antibiotics. It's like night and day again because your immune system is not working so hard, and you needed the help to clear whatever was also there weakening you. That was my case recently. I wonder if doctors routinely test patients that come in with lingering symptoms of other problems like UTI or cough and nflamed and painful earaches after a case of the flu??? Bronchiopnemonia, for example, is treatable as are other bacterium. The same goes for the numerous strains of UTI. It's best to see a doctor when feeling unwell for any length of time. We just don't know somethings without being tested. Imo Thanks for sharing. Get well and God bless everyone.🙏

Mine in GA has recently changed names but a great benefit is that they also ship it to you ( for a small fee) . The dosage is from your Dr. and their can be many different dosages.
