Who Did Srila Prabhupada Instruct to Act as Guru?

श्रील प्रभुपाद ने गुरु के रूप में कार्य करने का निर्देश किसे दिया?
Srila Prabhupada repeatedy said he wants all his disciples to act as guru's and make disciples. So is this not an instruction?

Exactly. But a bona fide disciple will never want to become Guru. He is just a follower and servant of his Guru. Just like Srila Prabhupada. He did not become Guru by his own. He was ordered by his spiritual master. Here are a few quotes by Srila Prabhupada on this topic: (Lecture in London, August 3rd, 1973) … “On My order.” That is the crucial point. One does not become spiritual master by his own whims. That is not spiritual master. He must be ordered by superior authority. Then he’s spiritual master. Just like in our case. Our superior authority, our spiritual master, he ordered me .… The only qualification is that I have tried to execute the order of superior authority. That’s all. This is the secret of success. (NOD Lectures in Vrindavan, India, October 31st, 1972) He is self-made guru. Therefore he’s not guru. Self-made guru cannot be guru. He must be authorized by the bona fide guru. Then he’s guru. Bona fide guru means he must be authorized by the superior guru…. He must receive the order from the superior. And the superior must be bona fide. Then he’s bona fide, not self-made.

Yes correct prabhupad never appointed anyone to be a Diksha guru of our esteemed sampradayan . Infact one of the eleven unqualified guru hansadutt had given a reward of 100,000 US dollars if anyone one document was there where prabhupad ordered anyone to become Diksha a guru or gave the order Tamal himself one of the eleven unqualified guru said the same thing that none of the eleven gurus were given an order . What the podcaster is saying absolutely correct . These 100 or so gurus of iskcon is a hoax . Cheating

Money and women are the basic principles of material attachment. Ṛṣabhadeva advised His sons, gurur na sa syāt … na mocayed yaḥ samupeta-mṛtyum: “One should not take up the post of spiritual master unless he is able to lead his disciple from the cycle of birth and death.” (Bhāg. 5.5.18). I don't think they are up to that standard..
