I'd say it depends on the kind of horror movie. If it's a slasher movie chances are Korone's either going to kill the slasher or become its apprentice. If it's a ghost movie Korone's going to run around panicking until she eventually sees a bar of soap she mistakes for a ghost and dies of a heart attack.

Having seen Subaru play shooters, I am convinced that she’d scream and attract all the monsters and get killed off immediately. Mio would go investigate Subaru’s scream and get killed off. Korone will die next protecting Okayu, and finally Okayu will eat the monster and survive.

For me, if we talk about mysterious horror movie, someone who always scream and too careful like Subaru is the one who survive til the end or die in the end, and someone who calm like Okayu is the most likely to die early. But if we talk about zombie movie, then it's opposite

Subaru dies first as she gets separated from everyone else. Mio notices Subaru hasn't made any noise for a while and goes to find her, only to stumble across her dead body. Mio rushes back to tell everyone about Subaru and finds Okayu dead on the couch and then is stabbed from behind. Looking behind her, the killer is revealed to be Korone.

Subaru tries to run but gets chased down. Mio hides but gets found. Korone confronts the killer and wins... until the post credit reveal shows otherwise. Okayu was actually on the killer's side the whole time.

I agree about Subaru dying first no matter what. I think Mio is actually the unlikely hero. She's the final girl, because as it's been shown, she's much more fierce than she appears. She's also very resorceful and mature. Korone is the strongest, but honestly the strongest seem destined to sacrifice themselves for the others. Okayu would be last if it's a comedy horror though. Non-Comedy Horror: 1. Subaru 2. Okayu 3. Korone 4. Mio Comedy Horror: 1. Subaru (but it's funny) 2. Mio (cause OkaKoro) 3. Korone (again, sacrificing) 4. Okayu (lazily walking to the end)

Subaru is the protagonist you root for so it shocks you when she gets killed 3. leaving level-headed Okayu to console her grieving friend, until... 4. it turns out that Korone's been the killer all along

Mio would die first by surprise, revealing the existence of a deadly killer to the others. Korone, as the strongest of the group, would die trying to fight the killer to show that it's unstoppable. Okayu, being the cool-headed one, would come up with the plan to escape the killer, but end up dying during its execution. Subaru escapes through a mix of luck and her determination to push through to the end by proving herself as more than the butt of everyone's jokes.

For me, almost like Mio say, Subaru will die first, Korone die from trying to protect them, Mio probably try to save them from the start because of her insight but don't have power to do that in the end she die protecting Okayu, Okayu is the last survivor, not only because Mio's help but also because her luck.

In a horror movie, I’d think Subaru dies first, maybe she gets killed and therefore the other three learn of the threat. Then Korone dies second trying to fight them off, and then Okayu sacrifices herself to save Mio, ending with the “maiden always survives in the end cliche”. Also, good subs!

Subaru is sent off to do something by herself after losing at janken. Her disappearance ends the movie's relaxed intro. Okayu is killed immediately after calming everybody down in a tense moment. Safety is fleeting. Korone charges at the killer during the climatic escape sequence, giving Final Girl Mio a chance to flee into the sunrise. Subaru is later found to have been knocked unconscious by an unusually aggressive flock of birds.
