Yeah:/ Vietnam does not completely support Taiwan, the government will balance both, because although Vietnam and China are having a dispute over islands, Vietnam still needs China as an economic partner, Vietnam exports and Import a lot of goods with China :). As a Taiwanese, I wonder how the SUPPORT is being defined in this mapping video? Defined by the president/prime minister’s personal statement? By establishing diplomatic relations or not? By helping TW get into UN or any other international organizations or not? (and get in in the name of what? TW? R.O.C.? Chinese Taipei?) By selling and/or providing army and weapons? Or by criticizing one of them or not? In reality, most of the authorities have kind relationships with both Beijing and Taipei, they have diplomatic relations and tremendous trade with Beijing, but also maintain a connection (semi-national) with Taipei. Then how should they be placed in this dichotomy? Cross-strait relation is a very complicated political issue, the dichotomy seems like an oversimplification.
