Forget his handles. Dude's finishing ability and core stability is extremely impressive. He's finishing over players a foot taller with either hand at 5'8, with little to no muscle mass. Imagine him in a few years with 20 lbs more muscle mass on his frame. He'll be hard to deal with.

He reminds me of Stefan Moody with the way he shoots and moves. Moody has better hops, Ruffin is more crafty and efficient at finishing around the rim. Ruffin is a better shooter and a much better passer. Most importantly, Ruffin is much better at playing at different paces. Moody only knew one speed and that was fast -- and out of control sometimes. Ruffin looks really comfortable playing at any pace, does a great job getting to his spot and has a really quick first step. All-Conference caliber player for sure in my mind!
