I don't know why you guys don't have more subscribers . What you want with your baguette though is pate . Everybody thinks all French are fantastic cooks , I have not found that to be the case , but the one thing they ARE all brilliant at is anything with ham & cheese in it , like your croissants

Jean Charles is the new French Baker who apprenticed with the previous baker. He bought the business right when the pandemic hit. We are so grateful he stuck around and is continuing the tradition. We gladly patron his business & our tummies are very happy. 😊😊😊

Oh man, the French Bakery has a brilliant set up! It's like a little café in aluminum boat! Also, it never ceases to amaze me how fast the sea claims a shipwreck. In seven years, it looks like its been there for 50. The Ferry in San Blas Panama is the same way. In a couple more years, they will collapse and soon after, you will hardly know they were there. It's funny how water, which gives almost everything life, can be one of the most caustic substances on Earth.
