I had to give up drinking bc I was getting to where I would drink a pint on a weekday on a regular basis…..and I knew how much I could drink and still function fine the next day because I had so much experience. Im actually glad to say that ive drank 4 times in the past 3 months and two of those were on vacation. I dont miss it either. I started working out again and getting drunk and hitting the gym dont go together. You dont want to go to the gym hungover and youll be tempted to drink less if youre afraid that its going to get in the way of your fitness goals.

I work for a social services not for prof that is a one stop shop for the homeless of nyc,we have lawyers doctors case managers etc eviction prevention,job training,camps and afterschools for the homeless kids of the city.after lunch i leave them with a smile a handshake and info if they ever want to use it. Most rewarding job ive ever had.feels good to go to sleep at night knowing you got another family or person off the street.

Omg yes! Yk how McDonald's ice cream machine is ALWAYS down?🙄 I was the one that kept it operating, I would HOOK the pple up so tight, they started requesting me on drive-thru. The one to clean/break the machine down @ night. Those sundae's were top-tier, LBS. And on the nights I was off, that dang machine was "off", the other employees ddnt care. I'd get back on shift, my regulars would literally be like "let me get your schedule, I need to only come when you here". Fries hot, extra ice in the summer, the appropriate amount of napkins a must, extra sauce for the nuggets cheese melted on the sandwich, yk it has to sit under the heating lamps a couple minutes to melt that cheese. I used to bring my Dad & little Brother home food all the time.

Literally my favorite thing about getting food from these places. You can order 4 items for less than $10 and feed your whole family. I bought a family meal for 4 from the Chinese buffet and it fed us for a week. My dogs still got left overs lol. Great for families on a budget or even for the homeless. Once my daughter and I bought 2 of the 4 item specials and it fed 2 families
