HEY SIS thanks for watching! Guess what God never left you, even if you find yourself in a place where you know you shouldnt be. He is still there waiting for you to choose Him because He chooses you every single day. He longs for you sis wholeheartedly. I had to come to a point where I had to ask myself "wha is better than God" or what can replace him? Why do i find comfortable in things other than Him? Ask God to show you the root to why you choose other things and ask Him to help you pluck that root. Praying for u sis

11:00 was absolutely true ! A lot of times when I see people "thanking" God on FB for a job, a car, apartment, etc... I too wonder if those are things they prayed and earnestly asked God for and not just something they slapped his name on when he didn't have anything to do with it. Question: Do you think that when things happen to people such as success or a new job that it's truly sent from God even if they not once asked him for it ?

I agree with you! We need to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. And when we seek Him He will confirm what we should do and or buy etc. the principle of cause/effect reaping/sowing are all God’s principles and order. So if you ask He will give and if you knock and Do not doubt He will open the door but the key 🔑 is being in His guidance and Hand so you don’t reap things that are ungodly. I think it’s a mixture of First seeking God’s guidance and also believing God to give you the desires of your heart. For instance if I want marriage, I am believing God for this but who he is that’s up to God. I’m believing for debt freedom and to buy a home for my family and myself I know He will bless me but when and which house is up to God’s confirmation.

Good video , but I do feel you can declare things in his name , he did say the power is in the tongue and that you can't speak things into life , like a new home . God bless you and your family

+Darlene Brown Hey Darlene thanks for watching! Yes I believe you can by Faith declare and decree things in His name such as believing God can free from strong holds, sexual immorality and other sins in which we should not be entangled. However, i do not believe cars, homes or material things can be declared and decreed because He never promised those things to us. The other things we can speak into life are the things he already promised to us that are clearly written in His word. A lot of church teach that he does but it's not scriptural. I'm unsure if you meant you can or can't declare for a new home. For example a big scripture these type of church like to use is Romans 4:17 "calling those things which are not, as though they were." This is not a punch to declare and decree thats not the correct interpretation. Abraham believed God, who calls things which are not as though they were. This is not an attribute of man but of God. Abraham did not have thiss ability which is why he trusted God. Because God promised Him a son, God promised him a lineage that would multiple etc. We can declare and decree but if it is not purposed by God already, it's just that a declaration which is verbal intent.

+ChelseyMariaa I disagree , yes I believe that your can claim things in his name and not just immorality issues but things such as a home, i feel God knows our wants and our needs , and when someone maybe "materialistic or shallow" , if a person is homeless or jobless and they declared in the name of Jesus that they eventually have a home or career , I don't see and issue with that , I think is a declaration of faith , that even though I am in a bad place and I know that things will Change in my favor , that God will bless my situation. Now since like you said in your video you already have a beautiful apartment and this home would isn't a necessity , then I understand your point of not declaring it since it's more of a" want" I think it all differs based on the persons circumstances.

+ChelseyMariaa another one to check out is Job 22:28 "thou shall decree a thing and it shall be stablished" We must ask who is saying this, God or the writer of the book or anyone else. The person who said that was Eliphaz one of Job's friends who was also rebuked for speaking what was not right Job 42:7 After the LORD had said these things to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite, "I am angry with you and your two friends, because you have not spoken the truth about me, as my servant Job has. another frequently used one is Psalm 2:27 "I will declare the decree: the Lord has said..." notices the psalmist is only declaring the decree the Lord had already gave.

+Darlene Brown Yes Sis, we all can feel certain things are correct but what I always ask, even at church; is "Is this Scriptural?" If so, where can I find it. Of course, God knows our needs and our desires that must be met for us to survive and do our work down on this earth but through my reading I've never seen the type of decreeing and declaring taught at a lot of churches in the bible. I don't know your personal situation at all nor am I speaking towards that. There have been times that I have been without a home, car, food and money and in those times I was taught to pray and lay my desires down before God. I believe it's a different between "Father I have needs" and "Father, I declare and decree that you will open up heaven and rain down XYZ" not saying that that is how you pray. I am only speaking of what I've seen at these times of churches. I believe that i can simply tell God what I need, pray for my desires and needs to align with His will for whatever current season I am, without anything else. I am solely asking where in the scriptures have you seen the type of declaration happening without first not already being promised by Jesus? I do pray that whatever season you are in that God supplies your desires according to His will for you Sis

+ChelseyMariaa I understand we're your coming from, and that's the beauty of Christianity that's we are always learning something new with our amazing God. To me declarations also go hand in hand with faith. Like I mentioned before if I were jobless and everyday I praised God and him Glory , honor and praise for blessing me with a job for opening a door for me for claiming in the name of Jesus my circumstance will change , I don't see a problem in that. The bible teaches us that the power of life and death is in the tongue proverbs 18:21 and that " We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;" 2 Corinthians 4:23 , a declaration made in a spirit of faith to me is just believing in Gods , promises to us.and his children. "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you" , but like I said everything is based on interpretation . God bless
