I think the main problem is with the new news channels in geometry dash like Hus News and Community Report. They’re just not the same as G-News. Blue made a community post a few weeks ago asking his fans if he should continue g news where sea left off, which got tons of votes saying he should, so maybe it will come back soon with a new owner. It’s been multiple weeks though, so 8km beggining to doubt it

I think I'm the only GD Commentator who's content was not inspired by Sea's. Partially because Sea was a trash human being towards me(It is a long story), and I like watching not GD Content all the time. My inspirations for making GD commentators were people such as DigitalTy, JoshScorcher, Wambu, Gigguk, Chuggaaconroy, SomeCallMeJohnny, and the list goes on of people who's content has influenced my work. SEA deserves some credit, but I found his content just mediocre and easily improveable through many means but it just never happened with his GD Content. I told myself I wouldn't talk about the drama with SEA I had with him(which turns out more people ended up siding with me), but I just thought I'd mention my experience with Sea was not very positive.

Since his opinions werent always the best and the fact most gd players are around the age group of 6-10 they would believe everything he said. Nacho21 was really bad to see him leave. He literally uploaded a level called "last universe" that had a really depressing message above the editor, saying that the community is the only thing that the game has, cuz yknow the developer is taking 3+ years but he also says that the community, having little connection with the dev, absolutely lost control. It lost control over gameplay, having levels absolutely hard that only a few people can beat. It lost control over deco, having overdecorated levels that are unplayable in some mobile or even pc. He says its absolutely frustrating to play the game and create even and he complained about the players watching videos of the completions more than playing the levels. Levels are made to be played and not to be seen.

I am mod on hotballs KZbin and twitch channels and I have to say he changed so much once he got 144hz. He got more egotistical and was a completely different person. He stated he’d never come back to gd and it was the best decision he ever made that he left. I really miss the guy though. We even made a level together
