In this episode of GRUDGE RACE we have two rivals battling it out to prove who has the fastest steel body street car in America. Joe Barry in his '56 Chevy 210 Sport Coupe making 3,500 HP up against Larry Larson in his '66 Chevy Nova making 2,500 HP to finally find out who reigns supreme.

Poor Joe. He's doing good to get 2 clean runs out of 10 in that '56. Whether driver error or mechanical (usually the latter), it's ALWAYS something that trips that car up.

Just an FYI,if yall didn't already know, this will be the last year of racing at bandamere. Owner is closing down. Too much pressure from the brand new residents. Already 4000 houses slated for construction this spring across the highway from the track. And its too late, dont bother freaking out. The time for that is long past. Just enjoy the memories

@@johnbutler5729 Yessir,, Tom has steel roof and quarters BUT glass doors, trunk lid, hood etc., etc. He was the quickest with a 5:99 but not the fastest at HRM's Drag Week 2019. Dunno who's got the fastest now but Cleetus (Garrett Mitchell) took Mullet out the back door at 223 or 24 at one of the recent drag 'n drives. Mullett hasn't broke into the 5's yet,,,, but with the SMX powerplant perhaps that's not so far away. I really thought Joe would take the WIN but seeing Larry leave Joe at the light,, well,, the quickest RT took the title as the FASTEST STEEL CAR in the country,, until GRUDGE RACE invites someone else to go head to head with Larry,, or Joe again. Jeff Lutz just may be one to watch for cause he might want that title.
