Rob gets my vote for feel. Easily set himself apart from the pack with the way the groove felt in the pocket. I liked some of the technicality of the other players but Rob's just had that groove.

Yeap, I was thinking about Jeff Pocaro explaining "Rosanna" when I heard him. He was my pick right off the bat. Anytime I get to jam with a drummer I've never played with, I always ask them if they wanna jam a Rosanna groove and if they pull it off, you know it's gonna be a great jam.

As a bassist, I could sit in Rob Browns groove all month! And Adam Tuminaro had such a great finesse and snap with his groove, really great. Casey Cooper killed it with that half time groove too! Glad you gave him another shot! Joshua Crawford & Daniel Bernard have A++++ feel and finesse as well! MAN! I’d be ecstatic to play with any of ‘em‼️ 10’s across the board! It’s a draw for me!!!! I’m not a drummer but Joshua Crawford gets my vote. I didn’t even realise the snare ghost notes on my first listen and it fills out the groove so much. The hi-hat pattern along with it is killer as well

Adam Tuminaro has that really cool flam accent thing, I really dig the tight quiet hats and stuff too. Rob Brown had the tastiest groove though imo. I really dug his driving power and overall simple yet stylish groove, best of both worlds.
