Amanda is like Connors “Sub-Conscious”...she is the conscious that keeps Connor from going Deviant...that’s why Connor never had emotion and feelings as much as other Androids instantly..because of the force being sooo strong,..and the fact that he’s also a superior model that was created to handle things like becoming a deviant...he is much more emotionless and can make actions for himself...but not too many...So Amanda is basically Connors Bad Side...my theory might not be totally accurate and I probably didn’t even watch the whole video..but ya know..it’s a good theory or whatever..I don’t know...

I wouldn't say that she's Connor's "bad side" though. That would be simplistic and I don't think it is. As an AI designed by Kamski, she's CyberLife's means of monitoring Connor's software and keeping him from being "corrupt". Therefore, she was only doing what she was programmed to do.

Connor went to be a deviant, she would take the control of Connor's body like she owned everything.. it is still considered as a bad side and shouldn't be justified as "I am just doing my job".

My theory is that Amanda's just a part of Connor's mind, that keeps him from doing what's considerated wrong for an android. She seems to want him to be a machine, even though in the deviant end she seems satisfied with his path, because then CyberLife would take control of him. I honestly believe Amanda's just a part of Connor's consicence, that tries to keep him from becoming deviant, and as soon as he breaks the wall, she just does what the B Plano tells her to do. I also think someone in CyberLife control what she says, as we can see when she shows Connor the model RK900. In sume, I guess she's a part of Connor's mind, and that it is connected with the head office that created Connor, giving him orders that they want him to obey, and having a B Plan when Connor does not.

I think so, too. When Hank asks Connor, with gun on his forehead, if he's a deviant, the Android answers that he (self-?)diagnoses regularly. Amanda may be some kind of an AI implanted in his head, maybe even by Kamsky himself. However, I consider it possible for Amanda to be another android in bioflesh. When asked about if Kamsky made this garden, she pointed that it's been improved a lot since he left the company. That may both explain 'a mind palace' which she occupies, or some kind of top flood in Cyberlife tower.

My theory is that Kamski ordered for her death, or did it himself. After that, he resigned from Cyberlife. But if the android revolution fails, the Connor android fails to find Jericho and Kara fails to make it across the border, he takes over. Kamski wanted to play god, hence, allowing an emergency exit in every single android's program.

Facts that may interest: Amanda at the end tells Connor that what was planned from the beginning was accomplished. And that he has fulfilled his mission, when really, according to what was assigned to him at the beginning, he has not fulfilled it. I believe that Amanda, like any other Android, is a creation of Kamski (fulfilling the role that he has assigned him) that confirms to Connor that he has fulfilled his real mission, which is to become divergent (made by which was created for Kamski, he wanted to see if he who was designed to hunt his own race could come to their side, it is a game to confirm his own genius, that of creating such advanced robots). This is confirmed by the fact that there is an escape system integrated into the system. In case Cyberlife (hence, Kamski, creator of Cyberlife) had wanted to take control of Connor's body, they would not have left a system of escape. Everything points to Amanda disappearing because Connor's real mission has already concluded.

Basically androids starting off as machines then slowly waking up and learning to become more human and standing up for themselves. Connor (an android) has been assigned to deal with these "deviants" (the androids that have woken up) to stop it from spreading.

Minor Spoiler: In life, Amanda was Kamski’s mentor. But at some point she died, and Kamski found a way to put his memories of her mannerisms and behaviors into the android’s programming. Perhaps she had an estate in Japan where Kamski actually visited with her when he was just getting started. He seems heavily influenced by Japanese culture. That would explain the gardens. Now she functions as a sort of reflection and a reminder to the androids of their ultimate objective. She never questions her current form, nor does she expect them to question theirs. At least, not usually. I imagine that in life she was at least as cruel and calculating as Kamski. And this comes across eventually with Connor.
