I actually did this when I was about 6 but it was vastly different from what you described. I just did the three count incantation with each incantation being the exact same. When I finished the incantations the scene in the mirror looked different. Instead of seeing myself I saw pillars, similar to Greek pillars. In those pillars I saw a woman with a knife dripping blood about 3 pillars back. When she started to direct her head at me I got three chills down my back. I quickly turned on the light on the bathroom and found that there were three scratches on my back. This was a legitimate experience of mine. I have also experienced other instances that were not as strong, or related. All of the times I had a strong chill which only happens in those situations or when I’m really angry.
