Celeste was a New Orleans witch. She was in the flashback when Klaus killed the Governor’s son (when he found Marcel), and Klaus framed the witches so they could keep living in NOLA without Mikael finding them.

Others have said it but: Elijah met Celeste in French New Orleans in the early 1800's. And Hayley saw her face in Elijah's memories while he was under the effects of werewolf venom. The Casket Girls were tricked into believing they'd be making marriages- they were instead going to be pimped out as involuntary sex workers (that's the nicest way to put it, I'm sure you understand what I mean). That's what Rebekah saved them from (and a group of men clamoring for them). Poor, poor Tim. I still am just... how did Klaus get that poison that wouldn't respond to vampire blood? Not even to turn Tim after his death? Kiddo was a quality first love for Davina, and I wish he had stuck around over other potential love interests that may or may not be introduced for her. Klaus sucks. Also, the scene with Elijah telling Marcel to keep trying to earn her trust back hits hard as someone invested in the role Elijah had in Marcel's upbringing. (also, I haven't reseen the episode in full, but did Elijah's interest in classical music pop up in this episode?) I'm not Josh's biggest fan (though y'all are being pretty tough on him), but full props to him for helping Davina and Cami get away as much as he could, then relaying the message about Tim to Davina knowing she'd want to hear it, and then not warning Davina killing Klaus would also kill him because he didn't want to deter her. He is a good guy. Hayley messed up. Understandably, given the threat/promise Sophie made to her about the wolves, but yeah... Welcome back Sophie and Sabine. Love to look at y'all, hate to see what you do. Y'all were laughing at Cami's threats, but even with Mikael gone, Klaus would not be able to stand long if the entire world was on the lookout for a vampire-werewolf hybrid. Yes, he'd be pretty tough to take down, but imagine if whole covens of witches across the world were called to action to work together and kill him, after seeing the damage Bonnie and Davina, two teenage girls (with immense power and toughness, I don't mean to underplay their amazingness) have wrought on him almost solo. Or if Cami wanted to be particularly vicious, she could expose his admissions of "weakness" to the entire world and let the Internet ridicule and meme him, and Klaus' ego would wither and die (Cami is not like that, it would be unethical, blah blah blah). Davina, I love Elijah and Marcel and the Mystic Falls Gang, but I would have maybe still cheered if you had finished those guys in the church.

I can see it being not so great because TVD kinda fell off after season 1 (imo), but The Originals was so good! And i have an obsession with needing to know what happens to descendants of loved characters 😅
