Alice didn’t have selective visions. It’s that the wolves literally block her vision capability. Another one of their defensive skills against their vampire enemy. So although it seems like the vampires just left her to fend for herself, Alice was keeping a close eye on Bella. That’s why when Bella jumped Alice saw it, but then didn’t see her get rescued by Jacob because his presence then blocked her vision.

But when a film maker or producer(s) want to use someone else's material, they first want to own it & copyrights to it, & then want to "make it their own", by changing it from the original. Not all want to veer so drastically away from the main material. Because they see the value in the source material. And the $ they can make from it as is. Also sometimes you get a film maker/ producer who respects the fan base/ audience to the source material. But owning it, & then changing it, means the originator has less rights to the royalties I think. Because it's been made into a completely different project. Just with a few of the same characters as the original source. I could be wrong. I certainly don't know everything about it. I owned & read all but the last book, or maybe it was the last 2 books. I used to be an avid reader. And in the past decade, my health has deteriorated some, & my patience & interest in reading books is next to nothing. I'd be somewhat interested in audio books, if/when I can afford them, & if they are on disc, if I can find a working way to listen to them.

If anyone’s wondering: The reason Edward falcon-punched Bella across the room and into the glass on the table was because he could read Jasper’s mind, and also saw his face; the younger vamp-bro was obviously enraged that the filthy scrubber bled on his new silk carpet and was clearly advancing to rip her head off. So Edward had to act fast to stop him but also protect her at the same time by creating a bit of distance, so Jasper was farther away and couldn’t get to her easily, therefore allowing Edward to stop his advance. By trying to shield Bella from behind himself and stop Jasper from reaching her would make him completely divided, and physically weaker at both tasks. Albeit he really did hurt her even more when her entire arm was soaked in blood, but I don’t think he really meant to; you could see his face afterwards. He clearly regretted bringing her to the house at this point LMFAOOOOO.

Best reaction channel intro of all time. Ash's makeup was so good he could be a vampire, a werewolf, or a character from both Star Wars and Star Trek. I think Ash will really like 3 and 5 of this series.
