I'm not up to date with my Nasuverse lore but I am up to date with my paleontology and there is a 86 million year gap between when Apatosaurus and Velociraptor lived. Also they lived in different areas. Also WTF.

Shiki is clearly not a velociraptor and Arc is probably not an Apatosaurus. 1:28 comparing the size of Dino-Shiki and Dino-Arc as seen here, this does not match up to the sizes of Apatosaurus (21-23 meters) and Velociraptor (1.5-2.07 meters). It would be much more logical to assume Arc and Shiki are a smaller sauropod and larger therapod respectively, it wouldn’t be hard to find two that lived in the same time and region. This could be complicated by the possibility of Arc being a baby, but she’s 800 years old so we know she isn’t.

Not only will this Shiki make you cry, but the sheer absurdity of the 7th Lostbelt will make you want to just stare at the wall. Also I am of the opinion that Dino Shiki can solo all the other Shikis (except for Ryougi Shiki, Ryougi SHIKI and Void Ryougi Shiki), in part because of his weapon of choice. Once Lostbelt 7 comes out in English you're in for a wild ride, my dude.

There are two other individuals that I think bare consideration as Shikis, both from Kara no Kyoukai. I think the arguments to be made for them together are stronger than individually, though. First, of course, is Mikiya Kokutou, who is mentioned to be prototypical in regards to Shiki Tohno nee Nanaya.
