The government are taking people for mugs. Britain could previously return anyone crossing the channel under the Dublin III Regulations. Some of the peoples forced to cross on boats due to the lack of ANY LEGAL ROUTES for asylum into the UK are our allies on the battlefield of Afghanistan & Iraqi.People who risked the life’s of their entire families in order to fight against the Taliban & Saddam Hussain regime only a few years back & your telling them there’s no refuge here for them? Tell me a single thing you’ve done that was worth more than what they risked on the battlefield,side by side with & under the flag of the Union Jack.What have you done for this country that comes even close to that? This country is on its knees and if you can’t see why people oppose taxpayers money spent on housing and care for them when people are struggling to live and struggle to get medical care and houses are popping up in the hundreds everywhere without improved infrastructure causing massive traffic jams and a much lower standard of living!

There are two sides to this debate and I don’t have the answers , but what I do know is this. If these hotels full of asylum seekers existed in the expensive leafy suburbs and villages where some of the C4 producers and media directors live then I would be very interested to see their reaction. It’s very easy to be liberal and tolerant about anything in life when it’s somewhere else and not happening next door to you. How many politicians actually live in places where they get to experience the consequences of their policies?

The UK is completely over run with foreign people. Our hospitals are completely swamped, to the point that if you go to any A and E anywhere in the United Kingdom you'll see more people from other country's than you'll see British people. This programme suggests that reports of immigrants doing crimes are false, unfortunately this is completely untrue, in areas where foreign people are placed the number of rapes goes up, many of these are not officially reported to the police, because of the poor prosecution of rapes in this country, but if you look at unofficial sources you see the truth. Immigration runs the very real risk of totally destroying the United Kingdoms culture and beliefs. And the government will not listen to the people who say they do not want any more immigrants in the UK. It seems as if the UK government will continue to bring these immigrants and asylum seekers in to the country regardless of what the British people want.

People wouldn't mind if the local councils could help everyone but the BIG problem is they refuse to help the local people with housing and other public services so the most obvious reaction from the locals is going to be NO. HAD ENOUGH. NOT HERE.
