In a daring escape from the challenges of Britain's asylum system, a 23-year-old Iranian refugee made headlines after successfully crossing the English Channel and returning to France.
Having endured what he describes as neglect and abandonment by the UK's Home Office, the young refugee fled the country last autumn.

Matthew is wrong, he is what's wrong with UK. RNLI should not be used for picking up illegals, they are there for genuine distress not as taxis for self imposed. Also, it is not my responsibility, nor other tax payers to provide a comfortable life for these people. Many of our military have to live in sub standard properties, plus we have our homeless and long queues for housing. Illegals should not be favoured above others. If our authorities can house them, at our expense, then they could have sorted much of the housing problems with and for our own. I am sick and tired of the platitude trotted out by the likes of Matthew, where he states that as a nation the British are welcoming. Not any longer, this is a paltry belief trotted out by him, politicians (both local and national) and the media. Truth is, we have no choice, it is those in authority who make this possible...they do not listen to us. It's ok for them in comfortable homes, good incomes and not residing in run down communities that have been caused by illegals. For once in your cosseted lives listen to us, the people, and do our bidding.

Believe it or not the number of migrants unhappy with the British life they bought is growing. They were promised by the smugglers a for a mere ten grand they could live in the UK with a free 200 grand house, a brand new car and more money then they knew what to do with. Reality is a number of them got three star hotels, in some cases for years, spat or threatened at by the locals, not enough money to buy cigarettes for the week and if their lucky a council house or flat in a rough area when the locals resent you because you jumped the line. The dream they were sold never came and to be honest I find it funny.

I'm sorry I don't think I heard that right...given grotty hotels (anything upto 4 star) meals, dentist, doctors, hospital, schooling, clothing, mobiles and pocket money, something our homeless and homeless veterans deserve much, much more and would be grateful for it, the reason they're going back is they can't roam free to do exactly what they want to do, I'm sure most have quite substantial home lives from where they came from
