I understand it looks like Amber lifts Dewey but if you look closer into it. Dewey isnt lifted in the air you see him tilt backwards on his tippy toes reacting to the initial stab. You also see amber on her tippy toes just to reach up to kill him. Also considering dewey had been previously stabbed 9 times he has nerve damage and a limp hes also an alcoholic in this one i think its highly realisitic amber was able to over power him. To answer your question about us Ghostface is so strong… the theory is that whomever puts on the costume will become superhuman. Not sure if that’s what is really happening but I believe it. The last few ppl that embodied the costume has been too scrawny to be able to do the things Ghostface was doing. As far as Neve returning back as Sidney… the production company didn’t want to pay her what she’s worth to return. Now that they fired Melissa (Sam) and Jenna (Tara) quit, we may not get a 7th installment. This new production company “Spyglass” is really fucking up the future of the franchise with their greed and stupidity. Anyway, great review and Happy New Year !

Actually the reasons were very similar to what’s going on in the world at the time of when the movies come out. 4 lead to the rise of the influencer hence Jill. Five’s motive was made as a way to through subtle jabs at the toxicity of modern day fandom and the extremes they go to. Easily understandable!

Yeah, at this point I started writing down who was related because there's so many relatives, no sheriff. Judy is not related to anyone in the main cast but in this movie she's got a son in that movie where she is flirting with Dewey who was married. I assume she already had the kid at home and was looking for a new daddy for him. I don't know, but in this movie. Yeah, as far as we know, that's the only other cast member she's related to. The twins are Randy's, niece and nephew by the little sister from three and from what I've heard their daddy we know he's black but I've heard who he is was the cameraman from two and we also hear that Sydney has kids by someone named Mark. 2 things ab the hospital scene; 1. dewey forgetting about the headshot was a slight reference to scream 3, and a nod to the audience…dewey was only conscious during the 3rd act of Scream 3, and even then Sidney had to tell him to go for the headshot. he’s not as familiar with killing the killers as Gale and Sid are. 2. amber didn’t really lift him up, he fell to his knees and what we see is her kinda lifting up on her toes to give herself a little boost in strength as she lifted up the knives
