Oh, yeah, straight talk! When I read the occasional “nobody here to comment, nobody here to read your comment, so why comment?” type of posts, my eyes always roll back in my head a bit. As always, I appreciate the depth and clarity from which you address this “subtle fixation.” 🙏🔥🦋

I’m not sure if you know who Joe Dispenza is but he’s a neuroscientist that incorporates eastern practices if you will with the latest scientific discoveries mostly about the brain but also the human body as a whole. He is really big on heart brain coherence/meditation/consciousness whatever you want to call it. It involves putting your awareness on your heart center and consciously think positive thoughts with the intentions of reaching the “all knowing state”. The first time I realized that I was way more then just a finite human was after one of these meditations while on a break at my job. It hit me so deeply that I had to leave work and rush home to tell my whole family about this. It was also the first time my fear of death completely vanished but was also the first time I realized that not everyone will understand this because my mom thought I was on drugs so since then I’ve been keeping my practices and experiences to myself. It wasn’t as profound as the awakening I had a few months back but it was profound enough to make awakening the only thing I cared about pursuing after it happened. Is there any correlation between the heart brain coherence technique and self inquiry?… I understand one intentionally uses thought to try and “raise your vibration” while the other is more of a pointing without thoughts but can the heart brain meditation still be a valuable tool for awakening even though it involves intentionally thinking?

I'm pretty curious about his work too. He uses EEG during his events apparently and measures people moving into these coherent gamma brain waves or something. I'm very ignorant on the topic, he does have at least 1 published study on it that I found months back. Joe is big on healing yourself by "hacking the system" I guess with brain coherence. I've read people's comments in Facebook groups that his work saved their life. There is another guy that explains enlightenment from the quantum physics side and it his explanations sound pretty amazing. Again another topic I'm completely ignorant of so could be easily fooled, but it is cool to see science moving this direction. Affirms for me that we know so little about anything

@@chriswilson5758 I used to be a huge science guy needing everything to be tested and proven for it to be true. Ironically enough after my first initial shift science went out the window and now it’s all about the non dual stuff lol. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d completely throw science out the window but in that first shift it was pretty clear that even science is just a bunch of concepts created by the mind.

@@johnmedina9086 take your reply and change science to religion and it describes me 😂. I always was interested in science, but faith was first. At first it's scary to challenge everything you knew was truth. And yeah their are plenty of fascinating distractions and ponderances of the fabric of the universe and whatever, but I'm with you, the most fascinating thing is this experiental present reality. It is cool though to see science and spirituality kind of veering toward each other unintentionally. 😁

How did your other awakening "a few months back" come about? I also am a fan of Joe Dispenza, I haven't listen to him in a couple years though. The one nagging thing I have about him is his spinal injury and how he healed himself -- at first I thought it was plausible, but shortly after I found the story dubious. I couldn't find any more specific info about his injury and hospital stay when I first looked for some.

I am the absolute and the relative .... no matter what .... everything .... even an apparent search ..... unseparated ..... layers of seeing and not seeing .... all that .... everything ..... so it is now ..... changeable and at the same time unchangeable .....⁉ Sometimes free and sometimes caught in thought🙃

Identity of no indentity. That’s what mind started to do after listening to a lot of “non duality” people. I have not yet had that full non dual experience, but have had the shift so the energy of true no dual pointing makes sense. It’a just not honest yet to say there is no one and nothing. I want to kee doing the actual work, or inquiry, you know?
