After agent Faye Lau’s death, we were able to get our hands on her laptop at Camp White Oak.
On closer inspection, it is found to contain 6 encrypted files, called Insurance Policy.
So far, Kelso has managed to decrypt 3 of them, and the information exposed so far changes things… quite considerably.

Now that we know the Hunters or at least one Hunter worked for homeland security, I feel like they are the cleanup crew. Would make their watch collecting habits make a little more sense. They would be bounty trophies, or proof of a targets elimination.

It could be a possibility that both the agents and the hunters are the cleanup crew’s because both of them Are apart of homeland security so what if in case of the division failed the hunters would move in and take their place but since we hardly know anything about the hunters we’re technically killing our own

You know, there is a secret side mission where we search for Agent Edwards and the last section of that is the “unknown” Hunter instead of killing us, it shocks us, completely immobile and stationary, yet it slowly walks towards to us and stares at us for a brief moment before getting away, as if we’re rivals or something but have the same goals.(or maybe it’s plot armor) And if that theory you brought up were to be the case, we’re probably are involved in this “conspiracy” somehow and being clever to keep our own cover blown by just always helping the people in DC and NYC in div 2 to the point where our agent is getting more overlooked and not getting questioned by Kelso and the others because they won’t believe that our agent is part of the deep state.

First I was disappointed in Faye but now I think she did the right thing. She knew about something serious but couldn't talk about it with others and to solve whatever the problem is she sacrificed herself. I always have and still think Kelso is a good guy(Girl). Somethings have to be consider: 1. is Mc Manis the ring leader or is he another member of this conspiracy? 2. Did Arraon Keener know something more about it? 3. Is the Rogue Network now ally in our mission against them? 4. Does Mc Manis have allies in the NSA? In the classified operations into their base we found out they were monitoring Gordon Amherst. They took no action against him and many characters such as Keener, Major Castillo, and even some other characters like Rick Vassily have suggest someone had made sure Amhersts plans have been going into action. One thing must be pointed out. The True Sons seem to know something about what is going on. They are not here in D.C. for us. They appear to be here to deal with another threat and one of the Daniels' comms references the True Sons interrogating people to find out about the Hunters. If the True Sons know about the situation it makes sense: 1. We know they briefly work with the BTSU via Dusk. 2. Several members of the True Sons have access to high level intel (Colonel Morozova for example had classified records) 3. We also know they were spreading their operations beyond D.C. Their are basically 4 big questions on my mind: 1. Is this going to be a proper American Civil War? 2. Is Arraon Keener somehow alive and working aganist this? 3. If the True Sons are also fighting this threat can they be trusted? 4. Why has Mc Mannis and his allies marked the Division entirely as Rogue? Is their something we are missing?

Yeah Daniels surprised me with the Hunters. But also consider that the Hunters could have attacked them in the past. I mean Natalya said “Schaffer can’t be everywhere at once”. What if sine off the books help came and tore some ass up somewhere other then the Division? Also do we know why the first Hunter in the game interrogated that Agent we found in the story? This was like early on.

McManus was definitely talking about the hunters when he referred to the cleanup crew, we've seen and had confirmation that the hunter that used to pop up during the different targets for Schaeffer's manhunt was not only attacking everyone on sight, but was also working for Homeland. He himself later acknowledged the fact that they were more of an annoyance because they were going after these rogues and cutting ties that weren't supposed to be cut. I really like how we're getting more and more info about the secrets that all of these factions and agencies have without being directly spoiled on everything

Well as usual, Keener was always one step ahead of us. He said that he has “friends in higher places” during an audio log discussion with Theo about Theo’s Father’s death and etc. If we are going to fight the “deep state” in the future, does that mean we’re technically fighting the US Government? And Keener’s enemy is also the US Government including the division? Maybe Keener was right all along. He probably discovered that type of information a long time ago when he’s rogue in his free time other than recruiting other agents to his cause before Faye Lau discovered it too and us finally unraveling it ourselves.

Still wondering if we were the target for faye's OP. I somehow got an intercepted communications after i completed a hostage situation that i never got again of faye telling her team to stand down and back off. And as i mentioned in the danials video, natalia genuinely seems to want to save and rebuild america, but in her own image but i dont really trust her and that snake calvin playing his own angle. The fact he is secretary of homeland security means he had some really big responsibilities and power.

Quick highlights of future stuff in The Division Universe. McManus is gonna take over the lead of The Division in Div3 (or at the end content of Div2), making The Division "Evil". Bardon Scheaffer gets set free by McManus, but Bardon doesn't agree with McManus his plan's. So he will eventually betray McManus. Kelso will be killed by Natalia Sokolova or the Hunters while confronting McManus. (Before he takes over) And in Div3 we probably start out as a Division Agent but we are marked "Rogue" by McManus. So we have to use A.N.N.A. as our new I.S.A.C. system. Bardon Scheaffer becomes the Head of the Rogue agency. (The new Kelso) The Hunters become the new (LMB/BTSU) SHD/Division agents. And most important: WE WILL WEAR OUR PRECIOUS 1 STRAP BACKPACKS AGAIN!!!💪😂👌

Didnt Faye mention who McManus is in government in the decripted conversation with Scheifer? Where Scheifer replies- "wth is going on?" After hearing Kelso collectable comms in DC, especially one about the kid, i newer doubted she is a rogue or something like that. Reckless, yes. I am very confused about Faye and Kelso relationship. In Warlorlds of NY there was nothing that gave me impression they became friends, not to mention sisters. Apparently they met over comms during the events of D1. If you listen to the Keener Manhunt comms "Encrypted ECHOs", Kelso states that she has been in contact with Lau and asked Tegan "Luna" Silver to hack into Keener's comms using Keener's Echoes, which has been sent over by Lau. This happened sometime between the Police Academy mission and the Russian Consulate mission, since Luna compromised that mission.

According to the "The World of the Division" Book, Division High Command is led by a Board of Directors located in 3 separate Cores in Texas, Kansas, and South Dakota (Heartland of America). Each Core is lead by a Director, who has a seat on the Board. The only known Director that we know of is I.M Tucker (Director of the Texas Core).

The problem I have with this is for all the time the Massive team has had we get very very little for it. I mean a reworked mission that use the same mechanics as every other mission? A few true sons activities that are identical to other's? Bounties that are identical? And half a dozen comms? All this should have been done in a couple of month's at most not 18. And as for countdown it should have just been left out it has too many problems that have bled over to the main game. With working on it for 18 months 90% of these problems should have been fixed before release.
