Problem here is the C6 assumption for four stars. That's probably okay for older ones, but for going forward with this type of thing, might want to go with a "2 cons for each time they were featured" approach. Like Chev isn't really S tier here for most people, as various anemos will offer the same resist debuff where it matters, plus things like better healing, grouping, and so on. Also, not super flexible, because team restrictions, so not an S tier regardless, since you include non-theater stuff. She's still A tier, though. Underestimating Dehya. Her burst hits have a nice AoE, while her auto-moving during it, combined with the low levels of the mobs, while other pyros are deprived of the vapes they rely on, means she's actually one of the better pyro characters when it comes to dealing damage here. Just pair her with one of the off-field DPS types and she has a solid chance of getting the most kills award. Yae is A tier. The reason why is because she's an off-field DPS, and that has a lot of value when the usual hypercarry style teams don't work due to missing pieces. Faruzan is someone who needs 2 ratings. She's A tier, sure, IF you have Xiao or Wanderer. If you don't, she's not. Furthermore, because of how she's run on banners, she's one of those characters where the C6 four star assumption is not realistic. And consider she's a trial character in the event, she's essentially F tier to build for those of us in that situation. Sara is another overly niche character, pretty worthless outside of hypercarry Raiden, a team that really doesn't see much play. Clunky to use, and while her C2 helps with that, she's one of those "tied to certain five stars" characters, which means the c6 assumption is highly likely to be wrong. She's not A tier.

Wow what great analysis and very indepth. I may not understand all your points but want to mention that yes, one of the most frustrating aspects is videos that just assume everyone has the C6 stars and/or that that is the baseline without making it very obvious that their guidance is only applicable in that circumstance instead of C0 as the baseline, otherwise its disingenuous and frustrating

That's the problem last time she made a tier list, because of the likes of you who trivializes the constellation (ik it's important but that divides most of the players' opinion). That's why she set some standards and made a disclaimer to easen some variables that can affect the list. I bet, if she made it an all C0 4 stars somebody will still complain again.

Honestly I don't give a crap about constellation for Imaginarium Theater, the game only force you to built those benched character you have cuz I already beat hard mode so easily with some okay investment character, like minimum lvl 80 talent 6-8-8 and with "okay stat" recommended artifact. What I'm worried about is the next month requirement element, cuz I don't have much Geo and Cryo character on my account

c6 four stars is kind of wild. On previous banner, I wished 118 times and only got 1 copy of Thoma. Obviously if you are a veteran, it becomes possible because I do have a few c6s but I assume this video is geared to newish players, right?

First time Imaginarium Theater was EZ win for me, I have some well built anemo and electro character to beat so easily. But I'm worried with next month element requirement cuz I don't have Geo and Cryo on my account and you know how expensive and time consuming it is to built 1 character 🗿

I’m really having a hard time clearing it consistently (It doesn’t matter if I need to change teams between chamber-to-chamber), and I’ve 36-starred it right now, but it’s really hard, and it’s taking me a lot of time for it to be 36-starred

You don't need stars! Ignore the achievements. Just stave your best DPS for the two bosses and it should be easy. Use your flowers just for pulling characters.

Considering these enemies have negative hp u can just nuke them w xinyan's ult + her shield is useful if u have to use her w clorinde or yoimiya. Since the enemies have such low hp it really doesn't matter much about the comp u use as long as there's at least 1 onfielder

If you have the characters needed to play on hard, artifacts for everyone and talents lv 4 at least on everyone, lv 80 on everyone, you can easily do this content. Its so lack luster tho. Spiral abyss was an incentive to vertical investment and now we have this for horizontal which is nice but still feels so empty compared to simulated universe from HSR

I found Dehya was excellent in Act 7 against the consecrated beasts. The party interruption resistance she gives is invaluable against aggressive enemies

I love how Venti definitely revitalized on this mode. Almost all non-boss mobs are liftable therefore he can be used with any team with swirlable elements. Great help for those who struggle to complete the monolith part.

Fantastic overview and so versatile and useful Juice, you continue to amaze me with the amazing thought process, details, and strategy you bring us as guidance to go by instead of us floundering having no idea or trying out best to figure it out as we go along. Personally I'm thrilled for a more horizontal motivation and hope that there will continue to be incentives to develop all our roster further because speaking of end game, I don't see why people aren't developing every character they own if they've run out of other things to do. I just wish it wasn't so limiting, like in the execution of it but still, its nice that they provide a venue where our forgotten/underused characters can shine. Still, I think the "assumptions" part is a bit...I don't know, nuanced to say the least. Like I appreciate how this provides a grand extent of character capabilities but its actually rather out of reach for so many of us to even consider R5ing a weapon instead of pulling for characters and building them substantially. I think another video comparing or analyzing potential across the board at C0 if at most C1 would be more practical and interesting on what can be achieved at baseline and then anything else is a bonus or benefit. I understand your reasoning but hope this makes sense and maybe provides an idea for a future video too so we all can plan or strategize with the most informed opinion instead of false/lofty expectations Oh last minor gripe, I just started playing Genshin like 3 months ago and so I'm currently feeling that frustration of not having enough characters to even attempt Easy mode, which is a bit frustrating and disappointing, but at the same time, your last video and this one provide such a great mindset and objectives to aim for so appreciate you taking the time and sharing your insight with us!

Bennet should be at the top of S tier, not close to lower if he is a support build very cheap build just throw HP and ER and done DPS needs more effort to build, but not something bigger than Alerchino build Works in almost all type of teams in this theater (that need Atk) and he can be the DPS himself if necessary Xiao and Wander switch place, Xiao need heavy investment, last case scenario you can use Wanderer trial = no ivestment Faruzan should be together with Wanderer, you will always start with both of them, unless you want to rely on RNG to get Xiao Wanderer and Faruzan will probably spent all energy on one of the mobs at beginning and last in the first boss Thoma and Kuki should be higher also you always start with them and one is probably the only shielder to protect some DPS that get stun easy Kuki is your ermegecy healer that can be used at any stage, yeah a folder is not realy important, but can save someone for the future Xialing bottom of S tier, she need heavy investment, but otherwise works in almost any team that need pyro, with bennet just turn your brain off Baizhu, a little more high of A tier, healer, shielder and dendro applier this makes him create a new way to play with agravate that is locked otherwise, a huge buff to any eletro unit also very cheap investment Lyne, lower you are considering that you are bringging a lot of pyro units, (Alerchino, Thoma, Bennet and Xialing) these will most probably be used, you will want to have more of other elements after making want to use him with Bennet, Xialing and Thoma, great team, but you need to get 3 of these character while conserving Thoma energy Clorinde I dont like her playstyle, but as a starter and being a solo unit that can be used in any archetype of this theater makes her at least top of A tier, investment? Use trial if necessary Venti second last S tier, VV, EM and ER, cheap build (more than Kazuha) destroy all mobs (can work against boss but hard gameplay) Beidou high B tier, dmg reduction and off field DPS, heavy investment, works in any team the rest I don't have or didn't builded or kind of agree

wanderer is not ST he can hit mobs too. looks like you have not played him enough to realise that. He is S tier with Xiao

In the end does it even matter who you're building, since everyone is required to have leveled up at least 12 characters to 70 anyway? That is most of the roster that a lot of the casuals have, so there's nothing even to choose from, you have level up all what you have. Eventually it would be best to have at least 4 decent built units from each element, that way you're guaranteed to get enough chars for each element combo they might come up with

I just have a different take on dehya just because the resistance to interruption although it’s clunky with it’s timing can work really well with lyney and almost everyone if you can’t use thoma I’ll say mid of C tier because circle impact

But the question is flexible… She is a good driver for Overload, especially if you have Chevreuse. However, in order to see the maximum effect of that team, you can’t add any of the Anemo characters, especially Venti and Sucrose where you may want to group the trash mobs. Yes, Lisa is a good driver for that one team, but she certainly isn’t flexible. Without Dendro, where Lisa can drive Hyperbloom with autos, that’s not the case with the restrictions.

In fairness your pfp makes me think there's a bias of liking her char (which I get). I main Lisa to the point I made her constellation six. She's great in aoe. A fifty five thousand skill dmg to say three opponents at once is crazy. But against a single target you'd need to switch her build from 4 piece thundering to emblem and make her a support bot at 80 energy cost (which still would underperform say chuunibyou bird lady). Also her constellation six is super uber convenience that most ppl don't have. The starter chars all lack easy access to cons, so until c2 ish she underperforms other flex units even as a support

Pick mostly supports. Remember each team has 1 carry and the rest are sub dps, supports or healers/shielder. Off field dps are also really valuable since you can use them with any on field carry

Funny for this Imaginarium Theatre is that was so easy, so you only on this uselless characters need level them to lvl 70, because you can use 1 or 2 very well build characters and 2 trash characters that are only leveled without weapon and artefacts. So for the run you never switch to this characters, but allow you to go for hard difficulty.

Honestly Lisa isnt even that bad Def Shred, Thrilling Tales and Noblesse make a cheap buffer. Arguably better than Kuki for this Theatre And FYI Razor doesn't use Thundering Fury

Lynette is pretty good, really, since you'll likely get two monument defense ones, and her burst is good for that, plus VV and decent damage on her E. Of course, she's one of the newer characters, so the c6 assumption means she's overrated for most of us, as we won't have that.

The c6 c0 argument for 4 and five stars has always come across as poor to me. its easier to intentionally get a c2 five star than a c6 4 star. it's also the case that most four stars are reliant on being c4 or above to be worth a damn where most five stars work fine at c0. Most players also won't have more than one or two c6 four stars even if they have a half dozen five stars.

@Juice-chan I don't think your video is flawed tbh, it's just a personal bugbear of mine regarding that being the norm. I expect people do it so that they can bring four stars like Xiangling that are good with cons into discussions where they otherwise wouldn't be relevant. I'm not sure that needs to be done here though because unlike Abyss - where slots are competitive - it's almost the opposite with the new event where most people - even people like myself with multiple years in the game - just won't have bothered to build so many characters of overlapping elements.

@gauravshrivastava9560 unfortunately, dehya is never good. At c1, she scales with hp, which is nice. You can build her and clear content, but there are very many other on field dps that do more with less issues and frustrations. As always, build who you like. Just be aware that her kit has many problems.
