I love you guys but the way you discussed veganism or the avoidance of meat didn’t sit right with me. I’m all for people making their own decisions, and if you want to eat meat that’s okay. But you can’t say the reason you do is because being vegan is SO hard and you wouldn’t be able to hit protein targets and so on. Plenty of us do it. Like anything, it requires extra thought at first until it becomes habit. If you wanted to do it badly enough, you would. And if you don’t, that’s cool! But don’t excuse it by pretending it’s because it’s some unmanageable challenge.
