W honestly zetten asta is overkill, current base asta is more than enough to solo 99% of the verse the only “problem” is gojo but asta can theoretically beat him Via causality manip/dimension slash equinox & anti-magic being anti-CE.

gojo wouldn't be a problem, for mugen to work it needs the 6 eyes to calculate the vectors of an object (and gojo himself explains that this becomes more difficult depending on the object, this in episode 2 of the second season of the anime), the limit for 6 eyes are objects related to buildings or above that (that's why sukuna attacked him with the building, and that's why kenjaku used the tectonic plates to try to kill gojo), any base attack from asta scales above that, in short , mugen would be useless and gojo would simply be denied by asta.
