Great video. Thanks for highlighting this. As a continually returning player it's nice to see where players are at with play style. I'm glad carriers and sub's are around to keep these ships in check.

Thanks for the video. Just got back into the game after 5 years and had an old Khaba sitting in port and now it is a premium! Crazy they added subs to the game tho. Subs make no sense in WoWs because subs were not frontline ships. Subs were made with stealth for the purpose of avoiding the fleets altogether for the purpose of raiding transports. This was the reason Germany built so many because they could not keep up with the US and British fleets. Sure there were some historical special cases where subs were used to take down some bigger fleet ships, but these are by far the minority of cases. That’s why there is so little counter play possible

One of the best ways to judge which are the most annoying dds in the game at the moment is to watch KOTs matches (currently happening now) and see which dds the teams play and which they ban. All of the dds you mentioned are currently in play (or banned). Good confirmation on your picks.

Nice video! Enjoyed watching all of it. But I think you answered your own question in the video. Relying on cruiser players to protect BB from annoying, nimble DDs is gonna lead to passive gameplay. What else can BB players do against these annoying DDs. Pushing is not the answer. I don't blame these BBs for staying in the back of the map. I was in. Felix Schultz yesterday and even it could handle a skilled Marceau player, these BB players would be much worse off.

Thank you! yeah that's why i think the game devs need a brain storming overhaul because they're shooting themselves in the foot, they are a business at the end of the day and just like our world society wants to improve things to keep the customer base but in doing so they are introducing technology that will eventually nerf the game

i would have talked about the ragnar, it's one of my favs but WG nerfed it somehow, it's not the same, it's easy to hit by good aiming, no smoke, no torps, bug hull, it used to be OP in the development stages, but too many people complained and it's what we got now haha, at least gdansk has smoke

@@RIPPERDD uh it's still pretty tanky and busted .. yeh sure its only good at one role and that's spamming HE in a kiting position but it has utility...if u can make a comparison vid between Khana and Ragnar it would be pretty fun to watch but your choice so GGs

A lot of good points made here. Whenever I try to play a Brawly BB nowadays like Schlieffen I get absolutely abused making aggressive plays unless I get perfect conditions. Other than that you have to wait for the first 10 minutes clearing any dd's, subs or CV's that may terrorize you. Ironically I'm a DD main as well, but every once in a while I like to play some bb's and the current meta simply doesn't allow it. I think fires need a serious nerf, reducing the fire chance by 2%, and reducing either the damage or the time that they last. Lastly, I think brawly BB's need a survivability buff, even if it makes them a little OP. I'm just personally tired of ships dancing around in circles for the first half of the game, too afraid and paralyzed to do anything.

Druid the best for me imo, i love that ship. No conceal, full range/brawl build.

As a dd main my self I would pick the khaba any day, hated that ship early days when it came out, and it’s stil annoying to fight against, Gdańsk is trash that my opinion I deleted so many of them it’s kinda funny since it has radar and smoke

The radar is basically useless in the hands of most players and it has that because it has such a high conceal even higher than the kleber I think and has bad turret angles..even for unicums it's very hard to make use of.

@@MartialEmperor6344 not only bad angles but also so slow as f, Gdańsk is not great khaba I have that dd as long as I can remember I had it when it whas a tech tree dd, kleber I never played it I don’t like the reload the marceau on the other hand I pretty strong tho, but it has no heal unfortunately

Marcuau has very high speed and french saturation though ..Gdansk is not slow it's clunky and big it turns slowly and the turning circle is bad and it takes huge damage from everything..it's actually a Mogador having a radar and smoke but losing everything for them@@crossbow_v3nom

@@crossbow_v3nom Gdansk isnt that slow (5th fastest at t10), but it is definitely sluggish and clumsy for a destroyer (slow acceleration and large turning radius). I always build it hybrid (since it has better torps than halland) and I dont have much issues with it, probably because im used to slower destroyers with a lot less options for disengage

I am not a DD main, I play mostly CL's and so maybe it's not a surprise that Khaba with UU is the easiest DD to play for me. Next coupon I am getting Ragnar, and I am very interested what you think about that one. I love Marceau but I am not great at open water gunboating her. Fortunately the floaty shells allow for island hugging play as well.

Ragnar has very flat arcs and has I think the best dd dispersion so if u miss in the Ragnar then it's on u..Ragnar has very nice armour which will bounce off and shatter many incoming HE shells and it's fast as hell it has a super speed boost,heal and radar..in Ragnar u do nothing but sit booty in and HE spam the hell out of anyone looking your way...Ragnar does not have torps though but that doesn't really affect it in any way as long as u r at range and kiting ...yep that's it's main role which is kiting other than that if dds take fights with Ragnar they will suffer hard..yes it has medicore conceal but it has 7.5km radar cause of that so dds trying to sneak attack u will suffer..sorry for the long comment

it's easy to hit now a days, got nerfed somehow, not the same ship when it first came out, no smoke, big hull, i still like it, i play it a lot on my channel, but yeah it's not like when it was in development
