Nah, I'm hundred percent sure that she's the daughter of that ex-journalist and helping Ayano in order to get enough evidence that she's a killer and get her arrested for what her mother did to her family. The daughter's description matches that of Info-chan and would also give her a motive to be our guide. Besides, she shares a lot in common with the sad muffin in the story. I wouldn't be surprised if that plot twist actually happened.

Ok, so this is what i'm guessing. The dude is Info-Chan's dad and the daughter is obviously Info-Chan but the girl that is a stalker is Yandere's mother, and her mother was killing and stalking to get her Senpai, and my point of view of the story is that the mother got with her Senpai and got a child with him and that child is Yandere and Yandere-Chan got emotionless like her mother and stalk and kill to get HER Senpai. Muh theory: Info-chan is Old Yandere. Yandere-chan is the Journalist's daughter. Think about it, we dont know of Info-chan's age or history, like who the heck is this chick?! Info-Chan could be Old Yandere pretending to be another schoolgirl, trying to manipulate the Journalist's daughter to do some killing, so that she can frame her, shame Yandere-chan and her family further, and try to force Yandere-chan to spill the whereabouts of her father before possibly killing her and finding journalist dad to finish the job. Actually, here's my other point I thought of: Info-chan tells Yandere-chan that her deadline to confess her love is Friday. What if Info/Old Yandere is going to set up Yandere-chan on that friday, and instead of letting her talk to Senpai, Info/Old Yandere exposes Yandere-chan of her dirty deeds for all the world to see, and right in front of Senpai at the cherryblossom tree.

The Dev himself confirmed that Yandere-chan's mom was still alive, therefore eliminating her out. It's either teto's (the purple hair girl who always gets killed) dad or info-chan's dad. The only problem I have with it being info-chan's dad is that I feel like info-chan was made up to carry on the random information and how yandere-chan got her information. I'm pretty sure it's teto's father but I'm never too sure about these.

First, If you recall in an earlier Teto revealed her dad something molest her (I'm talking about her conversation with the other girl on the roof), I pretty sure if the journalist did that he'd reveal it in the tapes since he was venting all his feelings, instead he admitted to never really paying any attention to her. Second, Teto isn't a Yandere, as the journalist daughter is hinted to be, so how would she be constantly be returning home with bloodstains on her clothes.

Yandere-chan's mother is the Yandere-chan of 1989. The journalist is Info-chan's father, because in the last few tapes, he says "She seems to have a lot of money for her age.". Info-chan earns money by selling pantie shots. The reason why you don't see Yandere-chan's parents is because Yan-chan's mother ran into him again, and is currrently hunting him down in the U.S. There are two tapes in the basements, the first and the tenth tapes. There are no other tapes for the basement. The tenth tape Yan-chan's mother talks about going onto an airplane to the U.S. to hunt the journalist down.

The man says; "I have to leave Japan altogether" "I hope she isn't willing to cross seas to hunt her prey" I think the girl from 1998 is Yan Chans mom.
