Really should have shown baseball highlights too. He did both at the same time. He also didnt lift weights. He was naturally jacked. Possibly the most naturally gifted athlete of all time.

Bo Jackson played baseball while he played football. He was a 2 sport athlete. Watch the baseball game that he ran onto the side of the wall to catch a ball.

Bo was 6'1" and weighed 230 lbs. Closest comp size wise would be Derrick Henry (6'3" and 240 lbs). However, while Derrick Henry ran a 4.54 in the 40 yard dash, Bo ran it in 4.13, which is still the fastest 40 ever at the Combine. So faster than Tyreek but the size of a linebacker....with a mean streak who likes to hit people lol.

Bo dominated despite no preseason ever. he'd simply come to the raiders around game 3 of the season immediately after the baseball season ended. Bo Jackson is the greatest athlete to ever walk this planet. Bo on Techno Bowl couldn't be stopped, he was like a cheat code.

Bo was an all-star in Football and Baseball, concurrently. Dion Sanders played both games but was not an all-star baseball player. While Deion had the world class speed at around the same level as Bo, he didn't have his power.

I still remember thinking that if Jackson could be persuaded to give up pro baseball to play 16 games per year that he would become the greatest RB to ever play the game. That speed & power. In the 1980s & part of the 1990s great RBs were celebs like QBs & sometimes paid like QBs because they were half the offense. It meant that some of the greatest athletes of the day selected the position of RB in middle school.

Actually, Bo was a professional MLB player 1st with KC Royals then signed a year later to the LA Raiders. He played both sports during the year. Deion "Prime" Sanders eventually played both NFL and MLB. Bo was way better imo.

You also have to remember he played with HOFer Marcus Allen #32...that's one reason his stats where lower than you'd think. He also played baseball out of Spite because he refused to play for Tampa Bay. You should look into a few more documentaries on him or watch ESPN's 30 for 30.
