Having worked with and observed how the ethnic Chinese businessmen globally negotiate, I noticed the most important point that makes them so successful is their ability to negotiate. More often than not, they always do their best to respect boundaries and create a business deal that keeps everyone happy at the negotiation table. I noticed a similar pattern in the PRC government and their loans. (yes I know, impossible loans, buying over countries bla bla, but try to actually research on the particulars of their terms) Check out Yanis Varoufakis on how he renegotiated the China-Greece deal.
